I was charged $49.95 3 days after my original visit to the site. I was never told there would be charges.

Totally a scam, deduct money without permission

They have taken a test payment of 70p and then a payment for 75p and finally a payment for £46.00 ... They have stole money from my account!! This website needs to be taken down.. They are thieving scum

They are absloute scam. I paid one euro for a trial to edit one file. Then I found myself charged for 50 Euro.

They stole my money. This website is a scam.

I paid for a 1$ document and they put me on an annual plan.

As everyone else says - it's a scam. Paid for a one off file edit and then found a £46 charge on my account - total fraudsters.

As eveyrobody before me writes. Its SCAM! They charged me 23,-Kč for editing just one pdf file I sat ok why not then I found minus 1150,-Kč on my bank account and allso that I am subscribed for some continuous monthly plan prescription which I definitelly didnt subscribe!!! Be careful and dont trust those bastards.If I only van give negative count of stars instead od 1. :/ No one wants to pay 1150,-Kč monthly for the rest of their life just for editing one pdf!

Do not use at all. Charged £1 something to edit one file and later received £46 charge to my account absolutely fuming

SCAM. they charged me 46 fr when it was understood that it was for free. lots of headaches now

Charged almost 50 euro from my account as opposed to the much smaller price that they advertised for me to download my PDF. The fact that they hid it behind a paywall while describing their service as free and that there was no mention of it until after I'd spent ages editing my document should have told me all I needed to know. Avoid at all costs.

Fraudulent Service Provider - BE AWARE

They claimed to offer one-off service fee but ended up charging £46 a few days later for 'monthly subscription'. If you don't check your bank statement often, you could be losing every moth. You then have to login their website to cancel renewal. Don't use them !

Complete scam, pay for an editted document and they set up a recurring monthly payment with no warning.

A few days ago, I used this website to edit a file and paid for a one-time download. I did not sign up for any subscription. Today, I was unexpectedly charged £46.45 for a subscription I never agreed to.

This is very misleading and feels like a deceptive charging practice. There was no clear information indicating that my payment would turn into a recurring subscription.

I have already requested a refund and cancellation. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this service.
