I just blaming myself to give trust for unknown store I found their Ad in fb I have received a cheap plastic toy :(

I dont want to give this one star. It's to laugh about. I was really excited, when I bought it, but unfortunately i was to late to read all this comments on trustpilot...

I got a plastic lamp with stars, but it isn't a projector.

SCAM. Do not buy anything from them. I'm in the process of disputing via Paypal, then if doesn't work out will dispute with Amex, also raised it as scam alert with ACCC. They offered me 35% refund if I keep that cheap kids' toy they mailed - what a joke, this would mean I spent 25USD on a kids toy I never wanted and they would be making probably 20USD on me.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ordered home planetarium for £30. Received a piece of tat I could have bought at the pound shop. They refused to refund unless I paid shipping back to China which obviously wasn’t worth it. PayPal wouldn’t help. Angry with myself for trusting them. Why oh why didn’t I check Trust Pilot before ordering?!!

Cheap scam, but very successfuly because this s**** store was announced by facebook, which felt to be trustly-page...

First time got cheated in my life, and I make shopping by internet at least for 10 years right now, almost all things I buy by internet..

I've also create Paypal scam request. In my country I would call this store "Janusz biznesu" xD. Hopefully Your chinese karma will get You!

Does anyone else, want to sue Them, we are many, that has been scamed, by this A Hole ?

I buy from them home planetarium cost me 46 dolars whit delivery. Send me some sky monster lamp for 8£. Don’t buy nothing in this store !!!

How do I get my money back they don’t answer my gmails I was scammed with the planetarium they are stealing everyone’s money .

THIS STORE IS TOTALLY SCAM. I bought a mini projector they shipped a toy camera. I open a dispute on paypal. They asked me return the product to get refund But they don't give me the phone number of the seller. When I asked paypal the phone number of seller, they reject to give me phone number. Is paypal compromising with fraud and this scam store ??

HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY?!?! SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME!!! same thing with the planetarium!

Their page is up now again I think all of us who have been fooled should write to them on their page. disgusting company cheating people on the money. which has now ruined my daughter's Christmas gift

I bought a star lamp and they sent me a ridiculous cheap smell lamp. Then I went to the website and the page was not found. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS WEBSITE. It’s a scam!!!!!!

Do not trust this webshop. I ordered the homestar planetarium incl. 2 discs. I payed $46,98 incl. shipping costs. What I received was a lamp for children available for not even $5. Trying to get my money back, it takes a lot of effort and shipping costs to China are really expensive.

I have filed the dispute with the Credit Card company, but they mentioned that they cannot help me because I do initiate the transaction on my own. They also mentioned they are not able to investigate and told me to try doing the refund from the seller directly.

Anybody can help? Is it true the stance of the credit card company (the bank) that they couldn't help prevent or even helping us about this issue?

Asia Bill is the company that provides them the portal to charge credit cards online. This company should be checking the credentials of merchants that sell through it's portal... Reach-out to them and drop a threat of fraud claim and chargeback through your credit card company.

They are liars and thieves.
They stoled my money.
As most of us, I payed “Home Planetarium with 2 CD-s and I get worthless plastic toy.
Now, when the game is over, we all should think to sue Facebook because they were part of this fraud. We were stupid because we belived that FB is checking companies
that advertise and sell goods but they simply do not care. If we do not do that, who knows
how many people will be robbed.

Update - got refund though PayPal eventually and PayPal pauses for return shipping
