I bought from them last year & made a police report just in case. I realised they're activated again when I went to try visiting their website for fun in the middle of 4 am Singapore time. I decided to email them & tell them I'm gonna pester the crap out of them since I can be a Karen if u provoke me.

Yep looks like a scam, placed the order and it never came. Contacted the company Novelty Shopy gogz.shop and they said it was delivered. They use this 17Track and it even says its not left china. Save your money... pitty

Totally Scammers. How do we report this store so they'd be taken out of the market forever. Is there any way we can get our money back from Paypal? I waited for months before mine arrived and supposed to be a Christmas gift. I waited in vain for what came was a nightlight with stars in a broken box and no response whatsoever from their customer service. BEWARE of online stores from China.

IM GETTING MY MONEY BACK. I TRIED TO MAKE A DISPUTE THROUGH PAYPAL BUT THEY NEVER HELPED ME. SO I STARTED DISPUTE THROUGH MY BANK (I PAID WITH CITO CREDIT CARD) BUT FINALLY THE MERCHANT LIED AND CITI COULDNT WIN THE DISPUTE FOR ME. FINALLY I WAS SO MAD BECAUSE AS EVERYBODY ELSE I TRIED TO CONTACT WITH NO ANSWERS, I HAD TO SENT THEIR CHEAP PRODUCTS BACK AND PAID LIKE $26... TODAY CHATTING WITH A REP FROM MY BANK, THEY SUGGESTED TO DO A "SECURITY CLOSSURE" SINCE THIS IS A FRAUD. THE REP SAID I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK, AND RHEY WILL ISSUE A NEW CARD FPR.ME SO THIS PPL DONT HAVE MY INFO. SO EVERYBODY DO THAT -> SECURITY CLOSSURE FOR FRAUD.

Original Home Planetarium… got nothing like it
Bestilte en Original Home Planetarium med 2 disketter til 48 US dollar. Jeg fik efter små 3 måneder en lille roterende natlampe med stjerner på, der vel i bedste fald skulle koste 5 US dollar.

Ordered mine off mall.aacan.site website via an instagram ad. Like everyone else I got ripped off - for US$75.98,I received 4 useless discs (declared on China post package at a value of US$15). my package was delivered without the Projectors on 24/12.

I raised a dispute with the seller via a Paypal case on 3 Jan and the seller hasn’t responded, and it was escalated to a claim as of 22 Jan.

The actual PayPal seller details I have: Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co Ltd.

Paypal have given the seller until 1 Feb to respond to them. Will keep everyone posted.

Ordered a planetarium and got a cheap toy. They never offered a reasonable solution and later on didn't respond to my e-mails anymore. I am, and much more people as I read, are cheated.

OMG.... I WAS WAITING FOR THIS SHIPMENT SOOO BAD AND IT WAS MY CHRISTMAS GIFT!!!!! including shipping fee I paid total of 50$ for this efffing cheap STAR MASTER!?!?!?!!? The worst thing is I didn't pay through paypal............. did anybody find the way to get your money back ? this is a nightmare!!!!!!!!

Horrible!! Do not buy from them it's a total scam!!! They charge you on an item that will never come!!! Then tried to contact them with no answer!

Scam!!! They sent me order details with a tracking number that didn't work and now they are not responding to my emails - it’s been now 2 months and I paid for extra fast shipping - still no sign of order.

Scam site - Filippo sent me order details with a tracking number that didn't register for 2 weeks, then the site went down for a while. Order now doesn't reflect on their website. No communications from their support. Still haven't received the item nearly 2 months later even after paying expedited shipping. Paypal refunded me in full so at least there is a ray of hope there.

I ordered home planetarium with two discs. As everyone else i got scamed. Didn't recieve anything at all. The order doesn't exist, delivery company doesn't have any order under my order tracking number....

Same as everyone else, I ordered a 40 dollar planetarium and got a 2 cent cheap light. This is 100% a scam that was posted on Facebook.

I emailed for a refund but I expect no response and will go through my credit card company, as everyone else should.

DO NOT BUY FROM FILIPPO:

Spent 45€ on planetarium. Received 2€ not working child lamp after 2 months. Filippo is not reacting. Time to contact police and friends in China. Hope responsible people will find justice.

Ordered planetarium as many others did and after 4 weeks received a useless disc. Put case on with paypal (as company email is fake) and they replied to say can have a refund when I return the crap envelope sent back to them before 4th Jan! As far as I am concerned i have nothing to return, especially at my own cost. PayPal replied with standard T&C's and I refute what they are saying. I am not looking to return something because it didnt fit - I am demanding a refund because it is a scam and PayPal are clearly enabling them. The seller is relying on people not being able to return something that they didnt order, at their own cost or in time for the deadline - as I have put to PayPal they are relying on the loophole to not have to refund anything

Scam, ordered and paid for the planetarium stars never arrived , emailed their costumer service no reply, if anyone has an idea how to get refund please share .

I paid $50.94 USD for a 60,000 Stars Original Home Planetarium as part of Filippo Store 2019 Xmas sale. I got a $3.00 Vehicle Ceiling Lamp.

How do I refund my money back???? Either give me what I’ve bought with my money, or refund the money back.
