Same as most others, offer NASA technology and send a kids night light. Paypal should immediately ban this company and not act as a money collecting company for them. Tried Paypals disputes page and it does not work either.

Prevent other people from losing their money to this scam site(Filippo store Filippo service at trianglebest com).

I ordered the same product from filippo store.
Ordered Homestar Planetarium for 47.92USD and received star master dream projection lamp for 3.6USD.
They sent a 3.6USD piece of crap.
I probably won't buy anything I see on facebook again.

100 percent Fraudulent.

We ordered 2 planetariums for 90 dollars and all we got is 2 dollar cheap plastic crap!

Update on Filippo Store / Applepods Ltd

Since writing my initial review of this company, it appears that the PayPal account for the fraudulent company is still open - consumers are still reporting that they have placed orders as recently as the beginning of December - which is 2-3 weeks after the initial reports of fraud were being reported. So unfortunately, it appears that other victims will fall foul to this criminal activity.

However, also since writing the initial review, I joined a Facebook Group created by people who were impacted by this particular scam.

The group 'PayPal Supports Criminals' has been quite successful in helping people to get their money fully refunded, as we have been able to share information and valuable contact email addresses.

As a combined force, the voice of the consumer is now starting to be heard by PayPal, they might be able to brush individuals aside, but the more people that come together - it's not quite so easy to contain or ignore.

Please keep spreading the word about this scam site - hopefully we can prevent other people from losing their money.

After some emails trough paypal, They offered 50% refund.. It is still expensive for the cheap lamp i received insted of planetarium...maybe i should escalate...

Got scammed too, paypal is part of there scam because they profit from every transaction they do. They are taking part in fraudulent transactions when they bloody well know it's a scam, shame on you paypal, 60000 star planetarium turn out to be a dollar store piece of garbage, just dealing with paypal right now, applepods ltd will offer you a partial refund that's how they keep the scam going it's a win win for them.

I ordered the same product from a site called Hanalpha in Israel that posted an ad for Home Planetarium on Instagram. The tracking number they gave me doesn't exist and their costumer support email is a false one.

Same story with the planetarium. I am waiting to hear from PayPal as I escalated my case and I already reported this to scam watch. I hope we all can get your money back as I will take PayPal to court if I have to and report to ACCC. I already counted 125 instances for this Chinese company alone and they have another one operating this scheme. The Buyer protection they claim they offer is false advertising at best, and customer support repulsive. If you are reading this, don't deal with either.

The same with me. Ordered Planetarium and received toy for 2$. Can't believe that. It was gift for my kid. What a scam. I pay by card.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I am ashamed I got scammed. They sent a 99 cent piece of crap I probably wont buy anything I see on facebook again. I will read reviews from now on.

I wish I could leave negative stars for this review. I too purchased the insanely cool home planetarium for my father as a Christmas present. What I received was a child’s toy off the dollar shelf at a newsstand.
This thing is garbage. Seriously, the effort that went into the add was so much greater than the effort these fraudsters put into the packaging alone. What I purchased looked like some impressive miniature planetarium (Reminiscent of the Death Star, with cool designs and various settings, a tray that accompanies a disk for one of several different systems you could order). What I received looks like a blue and white knock-off Hasbro with three settings that don’t seem to do anything different. No sleek projection disk. No need, since the device is just a bunch of tacky star-shaped cut-outs all over it. Remember those glow in the dark stars you could affix all over your walls and ceiling? Get those. They’re cheaper and the exact same shape as This projector creates.
Junk. Garbage. Wouldn’t give this as a joke. Well...maybe it’ll go in the white elephant pile. We’ll all get a laugh out of my fraudulent purchase! Wish I would have checked the reviews here before making this purchase. Seriously disappointed.

I fell for the scam as well. I ordered this star planetarium for my husband for Christmas and received something that looks like a little girls night light. Was not happy at all and I guess there is no way to get our money back as I complain to the site and I complain to PayPal. I guess we can all learn a lesson from this not to order anything from social media’s. Well merry Christmas and hope they do something about this 😡😡😡😡😡

Sent a completely worthless piece of crap. Not what was advertised. Return too hard and won’t refund.
