SCAM, they sent me a kids lamp not the fancy planetarium they were offering for sale.

Website now offline, but the ads are still on Facebook/Instagram.

If you paid by credit card talk to your provider, you may be able to raise a dispute and perform a chargeback.

After contact Pay pal...seller offrred me from 30 up to 60%. No thanks...i sent it bavk to china for 9.5€ and pay pal will send me back full almost 48€

Same here, I ordered home planetarium I got two cheap lamps worth maybe £15 on eBay. I cannot understand how FB could give platform for such a scam. Learned my lesson here.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. I ordered this in good faith and have received an alternative very cheap 'star master' (value £7.99 on eBay). I have contacted Filippo three times about the incorrect shipment and have yet not received a response from them following me paying $46.99. Dreadful service! Please beware!! I have since tried to review their website and it appears that is it no longer available. Sadly, I did not use my Paypal account on this occasion and wished that I had done so. Please beware that this company may re-evolve under a different trading name. Shame on FaceBook for allowing such scam companies to contribute to, what is an amazing website.

Cheater! Dont buy here!! I buy a home planetarium, but the sent a toy for kids that cost 4$! I payday 50! I open a case on PayPal. CHEATING!

Scammers, same story that happened with everyone, received kids small plastic toy instead of my order

Scam Chinese Company sending shoddy goods different to what you think you are buying. This happened to me after thinking I was purchasing the Planetarium and received 2 x Star Master child lamps. I made a claim with PayPal after the seller said he would reimburse me with 30%. I replied no and that he was a scammer and escalated with PayPal. PayPal ruled that I can be reimbursed but only when I return the goods to China! This is the important bit. I called PayPal today and explained that this was fraudulent online behaviour and that although I would get a refund, I would still need to pay for the postage up front. The kind PayPal rep told me that postage WAS refundable which eased my concerns. Also they would translate the address which was written in Chinese or Mandarin....more ways to deter us from returning. So the moral is, if you used PayPal, do contact them. I also asked them to investigate this business and that TrustPilot was inundated with bad stories of scam from this person or company. Have faith honest people! Hope this information helps others to get back their hard-earned money. God Bless!

Cheap goods are sent, then you are expected to return them for refund at your expense. Postage is prohibitively high to china of course. Paypay resolution has ignored the scam aspect and expects me to return the goods to a Chinese address!
