Fantastic work helping me organise my mortgage. They were in contact with me free of charge for over a year offering me advice until I eventually went ahead with a property purchase. Found the best deal available for my circumstances, and still providing advice after the mortgage has been agreed.

We have used Garry as our mortgage broker for a third time now, and he has always gone above and beyond. I find him incredibly organised, helpful, honest, and has given us great advice each time. He has taken all the stress out of the mortgage application process for multiple years now.

We initially used Garry as we had a complicated application, and he helped us navigate through it. I honestly don't think we could have done it without him. We have continued to use Garry as we were so impressed the first time around and he has delivered a similar excellent service each time our mortgage was up for renewal. The advisor I was Dealing with (Garry Smith) was very thorough, efficient, and honest! I was advised maximums, and even with a slightly difficult application he was able to deliver! Garry also kept in constant contact throughout and advised at every stage of the process. Cant Complain!

Having paid another advisor £1000 upfront who then couldn’t help me as a business owner and being self employed a year of poor service lead me to find this company and they have been brilliant with me and sorted me a mortgage within 3 months easy to work with very helpful and now getting my daughter on the property ladder also Prabz top man and great service would highly recommend anyone needing a mortgage advisor to use these guys

Our broker Gary, has not only been a professional, but very approachable over the last few months, I felt I could ask him anything at anytime and it would never be an issue.

Our case was a complex one with adverse credit, but it never seemed to be a problem for Gary, he dealt with the issues promptly and resolved many obstacles for us. At some point I felt we would never be accepted for a mortgage, but Gary made it happen.

His knowledge regarding different lenders and locations was extensive and his friendly professionalism, made this a much less stressful experience for us.

I initially contacted Garry in July 2022, when wanting to begin exploring mine and my partner’s options regarding obtaining a mortgage to hopefully purchase our first home.

Having made several mistakes in my past leading to me having a low credit rating, not only was I nervous about embarking on the daunting process of trying to get onto the property ladder, I also had longstanding feelings of shame, embarrassment and pessimism due to the defaults and lingering debts that I still had at the time.

What immediately struck me about Garry was his considerable knowledge and depth of understanding of his field as a mortgage and protection specialist, and in addition to this, his generosity, down-to-earth nature, clarity and ability to simplify and explain how the process works and the options that my partner and I had available to us.

Although we did not need to move or apply for a mortgage at the time (2022), Garry and I agreed to touch base every few months or so, to check in re: how things were going, and our hopes and plans of buying a home. Following these conversations, I always made sure to take on board and apply the practical advice that he gave me, which was always reassuring and really helped me to stay on track and to make wiser decisions than I was previously accustomed to.

Having maintained regular contact with Garry and indicating to him in the latter months of 2024 that we were ready to try and buy our first home, he walked us step by step through every stage of the process.

Fast forward to March 2025, and my partner and I are delighted to have been successfully approved for a mortgage on our first home, thanks to Garry’s expertise, guidance and significant patience!

I honestly cannot thank him enough! I know this is a lengthy review, but I wanted to hopefully paint the picture for others as Garry has helped me and my family in a huge way. We will always be grateful to him for helping us to accomplish one of our biggest goals, and for being a great guy in the process (despite our differences re: North London football club, allegiance 😊)!
