We were recommended Dale by friends after he secured a complex mortgage for them.
From the get go, he has been super supportive to me and my partner as first time buyers after a bad experience with another company. Dale answered all our questions promptly and was always easy to get hold of. He never made us feel like any question was silly and helped us to understand what was happening each step of the way.
We are now settled in our first home, and without Dale to begin with, I doubt we would be here. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dale in the future. A big, massive thank you to him!

I have used Garry Smith twice now, first for a house purchase and most recently for a re-mortgage. I would highly recommend Garry. He is very easy to deal with and has excellent communication as well as being very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Garry to anyone requiring mortgage advice.

We was in a right pickle and I found this advice centre tony Lau contacted me and my gosh he has sorted all our problems for us. Nothing was to much trouble for tony he was always in touch with my husband and I. What an amazing team, Chris Kenny and Nioni are absolutely fantastic. As a first time buyer I didn’t know anything about getting a AIP or mortgage and I couldn’t have come across a more professional, helpful, knowledgeable and support team. Chris took time to explain everything to me in detail and was available any time to answer my questions, even though I had a lot of questions! He was so nice and reassuring. Then managed to do what other advisers failed to do and I know why, it’s because the care and really want to help people to get the best deal.

This is the second time I’ve used Harriette and Alison from FAC. I didn’t hesitate to use them again after the first time. Again, Harriette was great to work with. She’s very efficient, personable and patient when it comes to those late night worrying emails. Getting a mortgage is really stressful but I knew I was in good hands throughout the whole process. Towards the end of the process we were handed over to Alison who kept us updated at all stages. I definitely don’t want to apply for another mortgage any time soon, but when I do I’ll be going through Harriet and team again.

From that very first call, Michael showed a great knowledge of the market and process of getting our purchase over the line. What can I say about Chris…

This isn’t the first time we’ve come to Chris, he’s the only man myself and my wife think of when it comes to anything finance,Mortage or anything of that nature, he really can do it all and the best thing is he does it extremely professionally and he’s an absolute work horse…since he make the impossible possible, by somehow getting us our first mortgage some years ago now, when everyone else declined us Chris found a way and he made the process then so simple and he reassured us every step of the way…well he did it again for us, we re-mortgaged recently and took some equity from our current house, Chris stepped up and took care of business like he does, he stuck by us through a tremendously tedious time, his hands were tied with things well out of his control at times but he still did everything he could and he still once again made the impossible, possible.

In my eyes, Chris can do it all nothings to big of an ask and the most important thing and meaningful thing for me is no job is too small, he’ll help you in anyway he can and he won’t bat an eyelid he’s not out to prove anything he just really is the best and his humbleness makes the achievements all the more impressive.

Chris and his work ethic changed our lives for the better then and he’s changed our lives once again for the better and we couldn’t thank him enough, his efforts really don’t go unnoticed, we could praise him enough, im trying to keep my review somewhat professional looking and trying not to be cheesey and over the top but I dread to think what position we would be in if we didn’t find Chris all them years ago.

If Chris can’t do it, it can’t be done.

Terrible service from a broker at this firm named Craig Sturman.

Craig stated that 3 cases were submitted to Virgin.
These were for 10 year mortgages at sub 3% interest rates.
Craig then lied repeatedly by confirming that they were submitted.

Finally he confessed he had not submitted the cases, and had misrepresented each time that he stated that the cases were submitted.

At this point these cases were escalated and other colleagues progressed the cases at significantly higher interest rates.

Had Craig not lied repeatedly, the cases would have been accepted, and I incurred direct consequential losses based on the difference in the rates when Craig stated he had submitted the cases and the rates when the mortgages were subsequently obtained; not using this firm.

We were recommended Garry and he's been amazing. He's always contactable, answers every question, and helped us achieve what we needed. Really great experience and would definitely recommend.

Worked with Dale for our mortgage offer - he provided clear and easy to follow advice, and generally made the whole experience as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend.

I have worked with 2 other advisers in the past but the level of service and support received from Garry has honestly been second-to-none. His phone is always on and he is always ready to offer genuine and valuable advice and guidance. Finding Garry has proven to be game-changing for me and my family and I would urge anyone, in any financial position, irrespective of their mortgage situation to seek advice from him.
