They will rob you for every last penny and keep extending your IVA. Staff are rude and there is never a manager available to speak to. They will do nothing but blag extending it for years and years more.
I am taking legal action against them.
If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. This is a prime example of that.
AVOID!

The best thing we ever did
The best thing we ever did was go into an IVA, the 5 years have flown and it’s saved us so much stress. Yearly reviews have been straightforward and there is always someone to help along the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone in large amounts of debt.

Whenever I have contacted fss I have always been met with compassion, understanding and my needs exceeded beyond expectations.

The best decision I ever made. Don’t get me wrong contacting a debt help company at first was like “what am I doing?” but how well they have been with me.
First company that actually treats me like a human. And they come across human too. Not reading from a script.
My representative Chris (not mark) aha :) is amazing. Talks me through everything and even when I had more money worries, he kept me calm and talked me through everything from start to finish.
No miscommunication whatsoever and I genuinely get off the phone feeling 100 times better
