Handled everything very professionally

My ex husband left me financially for dead and I was up to my neck in payments that I just couldn’t afford. Depressed and stressed I looked at my financial options and came across FSS via Google. From beginning to end, the team have been helpful. There was a slight hiccup in year 2 as certain financial limitations weren’t explained properly, but once I understood the ins and outs it was smooth sailing. As I write this review today, I’ve officially completed my IVA and can finally close this chapter of my life. The FSS team were helpful and supportive throughout. Thank you to all

Really helped get myself out of a hole

Since I have started my IVA, FSS team have been nothing but supportive and understanding of my situation. I found that I could always trust them with all my problems, even if they arose a few years after initial IVA assessment. I believe that continuous open communication and updates with FSS help them get a better idea of my struggles. I feel they work with me to go through this, and you don’t feel judged. I will be forever grateful for all the work they have done for me.

I have completed my 5y years IVA AND IM DEBT FREE NOW, all thanks to the amazing team of FSS who we’re patiently supported me through out the years. I thought I wasn’t able to make it, there were ups and downs in the process but they were there to make it easier to cope and managing my affordability of living. I’m looking forward to the future with open arms, and hopefully working on towards saving for our new home in the future!
