I only have 1 more month left on my IVA. The team have been very supportive throughout. At my last review, I was told I owed an additional £6500 due to income, I called them and explained that I was coming off of maternity leave so the review wasn't an accurate representation of what I had been earning throughout the year, they got this sorted immediately and lowered to £150 and agreed to take this as a final payment. I have used both phone support and live chat, and both are extremely helpful and non-judgemental, making me feel better about the situation I got myself into 5 years ago. It was great to find something to help me pay off my debts, however I did find some of the people I dealt with were a bit snooty, like they were in charge of your whole life! Im glad I've done it because I am out of debt but some of you need to improve your people skills
