Help me out big time

From start to finish they was fantastic and generally helped me through my struggles. I was sceptical at first but it was the best decision I've made and with the help of FSS

This review is genuine and not fake thumbs-up

No-one wants to enter into an IVA, but certain life circumstances, unfortunately force you to. I can honestly say, from start to finish FSS have been brilliant, very understanding and very polite, you're not spoken to in any rude manner at all. Remember, it's a long journey and FSS are there to help. You'll be surprised how quick the 5 years comes around, and here I am now with mine completed. A massive thank you to all those at FSS who assisted me through the last 5 years.

While this company have helped us massively in a time of need, they have made the process incredibly stressful throughout. We just finished our IVA today but the last 4 years have been incredibly overwhelming, specifically when dealing with FSS.

We paid off early and customer service teams don't seem to be informed on how to deal with these situations appropriately. Every time we mentioned it, we would get read some scripted response which dismissed us and said we still had until X date.

For our final payment, we had to ring up and verify because contrary to what we were told, there was no communication from FSS themselves. They gave us a smaller figure than our usual monthly amount and told us there was nothing else for us to do, only to continue to take the full amount any way.

When we called to chase this, the lady we spoke to had no idea of this call and instead informed us we had a 12 month extension!

There's a severe lack of internal communication which needs to be addressed. All it does is make an already stressfull experience even more so.

From the very start to the Final completion date, Financial Support Systems have been brilliant. Very helpful, Very knowledgeable and even showed genuine compassion and understanding when I was going through a mentally unstable period in my life.

FSS has changed my life
Taking out an IVA due to falling into debt.
FSS has taken the worry and stress of have to deal with the issue.so going forward now there is light at the end of the tunnel

Stupid questions not be believed about money I have regular unnecessary requests for statements and customer services argumentive insensitive and more or less calling me a liar. Still awaiting for documents to say I have completed my IVA that I can read
