Super easy to contact via email and phone. We used these guys as they came highly recommended by a plumber family friend. They renovated our bathroom and did a great job, kept us up to date with progress and explained what needed doing. Came back later to install a water softener and actually got us to choose a different one which is more reliable and proven than what we had in mind alongside being cost effective. Anytime we have an issue they're who we want to fix it. They fixed our old boiler very quickly and have also organised fitters to sort out our kitchen flooring too.
I wouldn't go to anyone else!

Finch Plumbing and Heating company have been brilliant with our Alpha boiler that has run into a number of issues over the years. Sarah in the office is always really helpful and Jamie the engineer has worked diligently and with great expertise. He recently came out after hours to rescue our hot water system.
We are really impressed and most grateful to all in the team.

When making the original Appt, the Telephone assistant was very helpful. We were expecting an engineer between one and three and Colin arrived promptly at 1 pm. He worked for 55 minutes and was very thorough and efficient. Finch Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad I took their advice to contact them. Many thanks for a good service.

Very efficient no issues

We have used this company several times as the service is always excellent. On this occasion, the boiler had stopped working and an engineer came to inspect it the same day. Due to age of the boiler, we opted for a replacement which was fitted exactly as per the quote and within the timings promise. The engineer was punctual, professional and did a very tidy job.

So helpful.
We needed a plumber to fit a new shower mixer unit that we had intended to buy. They came out a did a site visit and we explained what was needed.
He suggested an alternative to our thoughts which not only solved our problem but also saved us a lot of money.
Installation was arranged, they arrived on time and was very quick and efficient. The new unit works a treat. As a result, we arranged for another small plumbing job to be done which was carried out a week or so later with equal, friendly efficiency. Superb service
