Find My Claims have been the easiest to work with from the beginning. Despite a number of claims being processed, not many forms, no pressure, extremely efficient in handling all my claims, nothing was missed. Trustworthy, great advisers and communications ( text, email) they kept in touch throughout. Whenever I called the team they were extremely reassuring, helpful, polite and professional.

Find my claim found over £8000.00 which i was overjoyed at but didn't know that RBS had a redundant account they wanted clearing which I knew nothing about. I received nothing but a bill for £1200.00 and no statement from RBS as to how much was owed or where the money went to!
Find my Claim were not interested in helping or explaining they just wanted their payment. So I got nothing at all and I'm now out of pocket £1200.00
