Very good clear communication, but just LOADS of communication from them - that may just be the process they legally have to adhere to though.

Signed up for what I thought would be a waste of time. Find my claims were relentless and uncovered old credit cards etc that were long paid off. I was keep informed all along the way and it resulted in a £3,500 windfall just prior to Christmas 2018. I would recommend their services 100%. They deserve the commission. 5 stars.
