My experience was exactly the same as everyone here. Luckily my cc blocked the follow-up charge of $39US. I had to change my cc number and update all auto-billing. BTW - they did not have the manual... See more

These guys are big scammers
These guys are big scammers. They offered .95 which is a great deal accept for the fact that I only received an invoice that I had .95 for a manual that was never distributed. Then unbeknownst to me, now having my credit card number, they charged my card an additional $46.95 six days later, for I do not know. But yeah, my advice is to avoid these guys and get your manuals straight from maker of your equipment which oftentimes will be free of charge.
Complete scam
Complete scam. i signed up to get a manual for some equipment at work for 99p, then discovered they had taken £36.95 every month!! Do not use!!
Complete scam
Complete scam. Should have read the reviews. Led to believe you’re paying 99p for a manual but you’re signing up for £36.95 every 2 months!
Scam
Scam. Paid £0.95 to access a manual which turned out to be no use at all. Happened to be going through my cc statement and noticed they had taken a further £36.95 seven days later. I had unknowingly subscribed to a service without realising. No mention at all that you are subscribing to anything (no emails following subscription ect) Avoid!
Untrustworthy frauds
I can only agree with the other…
I can only agree with the other comments on this site. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In good faith I downloaded a manual to install a Danfoss Thermostat for £1.49. When it arrived by email it was a one- pager and no use at all. Two days later I was surprised to see a debit to the company for £49. 20. When I queried this,I was told I had subscribed to the Premium Service. No,I had not ! There was no mention of a Premium service subscription at all when I 'bought' the manual. Daylight robbery. Search elsewhere on Google and you will find information manuals without having to resort to these crooks
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY….it’s a scam…I…
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY….it’s a scam…I sent for a manual on 28/10/22 and was charged 95p for a manual, when it was downloaded it wasn’t the manual I asked for…well never mind only 95p wasted.
THEN on 03/10/22 I was charged £36.95 from this company…. They tried to tell my Bank it was a subscription ..I never signed up for a subscription.
BE WARNED….Rip Off.
Daylight robbers.
I ordered a manual for my salter airfryer from this band of rogues. I paid 99p for the service. Recieved the manual which was exactly the same that came with the product, rubbish.
10 days later a debit from my account of £36.95 was taken. There was no mention of this when I ordered my manual.
This is the worst form of deception you will ever encounter.
Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!
Avoid like the plague
Have nothing to do with this company they are scammers. I ordered a manual for my phone and all I got was the quick start guide which comes with the phone anyway. They charged only 95p for this, but have been taking £36.95 from my account ever since -- for something I have never received.
SCAM SCAM SCAM and SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM and SCAM, putting their little terms and conditions in writing so close to the colour of the background it blends in. The frauds at this "company" need to not only be stopped, but arrested for stealing money from people. How they are still in operation is beyond my comprehension but one thing I know is that once you have called to complain, they only want more details about you before they block your number to stop you contacting them.
rip off
this company is a total rip off. Don't touch them with a barge pole.
Total Scam
Total Scam. They take your money and sign you up but i never got the manual. The phone doesn't get answered either. 1 Star is 1 too many
My experience too!
My experience too!! supposedly bought a manual for 99p in April, still being charged £24.95 a month and trying to cancel, DO NOT give these people your details!!!
This company must be stopped from…
This company must be stopped from trading and scamming people by automatically deducting ongoing monthly debit payments of £24.90 from your bank account ! And they will won’t return it. Don’t use this site there thieves !!!!!
Complete scam
Complete scam. Looked online for a manual for my car costing £1.49. Manual never appeared and two days later £24.90 was withdrawn from my account. Called customer helpline and spoke to a very rude person who after telling her my situation refused to refund me the £24.90. Unbelievable that a company can operate in this fraudulent behaviour and get away with it. Countless bad reviews online. This company must be stopped.
Total scam
Total scam - as all the other reviews say. They automatically sign you up for a 'subscription'.
Gave one star as you can't give less…
Gave one star as you can't give less than one star. This company are a complete fraud. Paid a small amount willingly for a manual I couldn't find myself via internet search. I was sent the wrong manual and only part of that! Now they have taken a £24+ subscription from my bank account. Going to have to waste time arguing with them, asking for help from the bank and possibly getting a new debit card to prevent them taking more money. Scammers to be avoided.
NOTHING BUT A SCAM
NOTHING BUT A SCAM. THERE IS A U.S. TELEPHONE NUMBER BUT IT GOES TO A RECORDING AND EVENTUALLY SAYS THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER MY CALL, TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. SO IT COST ME 95 CENTS U.S. WORTHLESS SCAMMERS.
This firm operate a complete scam
This firm operate a complete scam - you think you are downloading a manual for a few pounds - unaware that you are AUTOMATICALLY being subscribed to a "service" that costs £24:99 per month.
They will cancel further payments ONCE YOU NOTICE ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT - but they will not refund.
Very misleading!
Their website claimed to have found my manual for a TV I was given. Then it said £0.95 was the cost but if you look closely it says, (in very faint blue text), "for a period of 7 days, then £ 36.95 bi-monthly".
So they are duping you into a recurring card charge.
They then sent a manual that was for a different model, explaining that the one I wanted wasn't published by the manufacturer and maybe the wrong one might do.
This is where I looked at things again and discovered their scam.
