Poor business practice to make assumption that you want to sign up to subscription service by default just because it is tucked slyly away in the terms and conditions. However credit where credit is due since same terms and conditions indicate that you can cancel within 30 days for a refund which is exactly what happened with the money back in my account straightaway.

-1 actually. I concur with all other reviews and wished I had checked before I bought my £1.49 instructions booklet. 3 days later £24.90 was taken out of my account. Horrific and sneaky………don’t use.

Findmymanual.net hide behind the 0203 number,owned by Voxbone. Whom is a subsidiary of Bandwidth Inc. One name crops up in both companies (David Morken). Not saying he's responsible for cons, just sharing.

I paid £1.49 on 29th March 2021 and today I notice that a further £24.90 has been taken from my account. This is sharp practice and I demand a full and immediate refund.

Please read people's reviews I didn't!! I payed £1.49 which was fine but like everyone else they took £24.99 out of my account phoned up and cancelled but they did it again😠 been really poorly know trying to get my money back but no result yet. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

**AVOID**I was happy to pay the £1.49 for my manual but wasn't expecting them to take £24.90 3 days later. I challenged this saying I would have expected emails confirming my signing up to their subscriber service within the 3 days cooling off period - if they were a genuine service. All I got was stock replies. After about six messages I finally got a refund.

As with other reviews I was charged £1.95 for a manual and then found the following week they took out £11.95. Went on to their website and cancelled subscription, email confirmation that it had been cancelled. Low and behold after 2 months they have taken out another £11.95!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The same as all of the previous reviews. My 86 year old father bought a manual for £1.49 and has just had 2 lots of £24.90 taken from his bank account. Not sure how they sleep at night.

I ordered a logic tv manual for £1.49.....tried to download it
2 days later my debit card was charged £24.90....I queried this by phone as any email was returned with ‘an internal error’ to be told I hadn’t cancelled my 3 day trial of their premium service
ITS AN ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST SCAM- I shall sue them & if not paid back the £24.90 shall liquidate them...I am a lawyer so the cost to me will be nothing APART FROM MY TINE

This is a scam website. It’s makes you think it has a manual you might need (it showed me a picture containing my search string on a document) and charges you £1.49 for it. Little do you know that buried in the T&Cs is a pricey automatic subscription. In the meantime it sends you an email asking for the same information again and says it doesn’t have it after all. Customer service refused to refund the £1.49 when called to cancel, even though no product was delivered.

Same as everyone else's experience. Paid £1.49 for a manual which was only the quick start guide, for my new tablet. Now charged £24.90 a few days later. Have contacted them to ask them to return all my money and have unsubscribed also. I await a reply, if i get one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I only wanted to see if I could find how to use my coffee machine cannot belive this company .I am 78 years old and have not got any money to shop let alone pay nearly £25 for this service which i have no idea how this happened. Ronald Cardus

They should wear stripey shirts and have a dog called Bullseye.. Bought a manual for £1.50 and next day I was charged £24.90 . I complained and this is the result

COMPLAINT. I purchased a manual for a Microwave on 23rd November at a cost of £1.50. On my bank statement it describes the purchase as "on Line purchase". On 24th there is a withdrawal of £24.90 described as "manual card paper purchase". This payment has been taken without my authorisation, knowledge, and without any formal acknowledgement from yourselves as to what I have allegedly purchased. Had I not scrutinised my account I would not have seen your mistake. Please resolve.

When ordering your user manual, you have also subscribed to our premium service. This offer includes a 3 days trial period for £1.49. After this period as shown and mentioned on our website our premium service is automatically charged as a monthly subscription for £24.90. This subscription is automatically renewed as a paid service at the end of your 3 days trial period.

How do they get away with this! Complete Rip off. I ordered a manual (which was useless) for £1.49 thereafter I was debited 2 x £24.90
I spoke to them and they explained that I'd taken a subscription out. I cannot recall this. Apparently I had 3 days to cancel once I'd ordered the manual.
BEWARE.

They took £1 for a manual which they didn't have, then proceeded to take £11.95 as a subscription I never authorized, steer clear

RIP off company I ordered a cooker manual for £0.95 they sent the wrong one and then a month later deducted £24.95 from my account - don’t touch.

There was nothing when I requested the manual to say they were going to charge a monthly fee

i paid £1-49 to them to find a manual ,they did not find it then a shock i checked my bank and they had taken £24-90 from it,there is no mention of this charge etc when 1st subscribing ,needless to say i cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund due to no mention of these monthly costs i dont expect to be refunded but i hope others read this and dont use them ,one big total con ,i shall be reporting them for theft and fraud to my Local Police not that that will do much good SO BE WISE AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DON'T BE CONNED AND SAVE YOUR MONEY TO SAY I AM ANGRY IS A UNDERSTATEMENT

Debited unexpectedly. Had no idea I had any sort of permanent arrangement. I did purchase one manual but not a service I need regularly. I have been cheated by this so called company. Their operation is a scam.

What a rip of company paid £1.99 for a manual, they sent the wrong manual when the search said they had one. Then they charged me £24.95, it would have been cheaper if I purchased a new speaker! ITS A SUBSCRITION SERVICE. daylight robbery! Keep clear.
