Shocking customer service!
Shocking customer service!! No reply whatsoever to numerous emails. I had to raise a dispute via PayPal for a returned ring to get my refund as I was sick of being ignored by Tranquility. It took 5 weeks to resolve in the end - terrible experience!!

Terrible customer service.
You'd get better customer service from a scam company. They just don't bother replying to e-mails and you can't ring them. Returned a ring to exchange it for another size, (order number #51225). That was 2 weeks ago. I've had no correspendence to say they've received it and no reply to my e-mails. Won't be ordering any more.

Extremely Poor Customer Support Service
I ordered a Ring on the 27th of November 2024 and Paid extra for Delivery. it's now December 5th 2024 and I've still not received the Ring. They use Royal Mail for their deliveries and give you a tracking reference, unfortunately the tracking doesn't give me any updated information. I contacted their Customer Support and received one email from a 'Mark' who I suspect is just an Ai piece of software that provides a standard response.
I've tried contacting them again by responding to their one and only email response but I'm now getting Mailer Daemon delivery failures saying this Account doesn't exist!?!?
Doesn't fill me with confidence.
I have now contacted them through Instagram and also Facebook as their website doesn't give you a direct contact form.
I have now finally received a response from them through Facebook Messenger and been given a date 9 days after placing the order.
I hope this ring lives up to expectations after all this hassle.
Disappointed
Love these rings (have purchased 3 now) however my SYGOL ring has broken. Was in touch about returning as they have “lifetime warranty”. Was ignored and then told my ring wasn’t included in the “lifetime warranty”. Aftercare/ customer service is awful.
No Return Address
Ordered 4 rings for daughter to choose from for Christmas but all the wrong size. The returns form has no address on, nor does their website! Online chat ignored and despite Mark replying to my email about when new stock due in I still have no idea where to return the rings to! Can anyone help?
Nice items but poor after sale support
Nice items and ordering process is easy. Good offers available. However, when something goes wrong the customer service was poor. I wanted to exchange something and the communications I received were very repetitive and unhelpful. Not sure they were from a human!

I am waiting for a refund for 5 rings it’s been over a month! Everytime I email I get one reply and then the chain goes dead, I do this again and again and again. I have now flagged it with PayPal who I paid through. I have proof of returns as well. I love the other rings I bought but not worth the costumer service cus if anything goes wrong you’ll be stuck!!!

Bought one of the beautiful SYGOL rings, it was a size too big so I had to return for another size, the process was very straightforward and I’m so happy with the ring so far. Customer service is really good
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Ordered a ring. It was too big so as per their instructions returned for exchange via recorded delivery which was delivered 2nd Sept. I contacted them and they denied receiving it but offered to exchange. They said they had exchanged. However dis not provide tracking details. I have now sent 5 emails. All ignored by "Mark" and no replacement ring. I will now have to battle for a £90 refund. AVOID. Extremely disappointing.

I really like my thumb ring
I really like my thumb ring. It's very comfortable. It was delivered the next day after ordering.
Note:it was sized much bigger than the app I used to size a ring. I had to return the first ring but had my exchange within 2 days. I downsized 2 sizes from the app I used( possibly the App is the issue!) .
