Ordered one for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it so I ordered one for myself in the new year..
Would absolutely recommend this company delivery was quick and was kept informed about postage and when I made an enquiry they were very helpful and very quick to respond.

I placed an order in Novemeber for a ring that was meant as a Christmas present for a family member. I have still to receive a dispatch email. When I reached out I got an email saying they would get on it "asap" when I asked for them to clarify a date there was no reply. I have since reached out to them via email again and Instagram to no avail. There is no phone number to ring so I'm not sure if I'm even going to get my order at this point. Really bad customer experience.

Update: after I posted this review I received a screenshot of my order dispatch through Instagram DM. The ring has finally arrived although too late to give to the family member for Christmas as I needed it for the 22nd. Disappointing outcome to say the least.

The ring arrived securely packed and in a lovely box with a pouch which will be great when I’m travelling. Delivery was very quick after ordering. The ring is beautiful and is a perfect fit. This is my third Tranquility ring and every time I wear these I get several compliments. I love them.

Horrible experience with tranquility rings. Ordered a ring from them on 26th September. A week later, having not heard anything or received tracking details, I reached out. I got a response saying that the ring I ordered was not in stock since August!! Since then I replied and have not heard anything! So they just have my money and won't respond and I have nothing to show for it. Really bad customer service, avoid!!

Amazing customer service, fantastic quality! I had a small issue and it was sorted out so quickly and so easily, they are just such a pleasure to deal with. The ring was really beautiful, it was a gift and the recipient was thrilled!

I absolutely love these mindful.rings at tranquility. Over the last few years I have developed anxiety and these help in co junction with other tools I have in place, I abslourwky love the design and quality of the ri gs, the shopping experience is effortless and enjoyable, my hope is they will come in rose goldat some stage. Would highly recommend to anyone to buy.

They need to stop reeling in customers with false advertising and taking payments, and not providing customers with the items ordered but substituting cheap items that are in any way like the items ordered. No place to return unwanted items shipped and offer tiny refunds. You will lose 95percent of your purchase price. Or you may lose it all. Buyer beware!! Don't get scammed!!!
