Don’t use this company …

Asked for an evaluation and the person scheduled, who I understood to be the valuer, didn’t turn up. The lady who did stated that as my neighbours had sold for £255k and we didn’t have an extension we should market it for £250k. I pointed out that they bought 3 years ago and I have had a valuation for £325k since then. She advised that she was not the actual valuer and would go back to the office and discuss and call me back. Five days later and nothing!! No way has this place dropped £75k. It was almost as though a figure was plucked out of the air. Similar properties locally are all on for over £280k Shocking waste of my time

Very pleased with everyone at the Diss…

Very pleased with everyone at the Diss office. Very helpful and friendly. Mainly dealt with Tania and Sue Croft who were brilliant.
Also need to mention Chris Scott and Julie. No complaints at all.

Totally shocking on two accounts

Totally shocking on two accounts. Fine and Country gives a perception of quality.. grandure however unfortunately it seems like all you get is a sign and marketing like anyone else. I’ve emailed this company twice now asking firstly about a viewing. And secondly for more information.. nothing A name will not sell a property. Great customer interaction will. It will also ensure a further sale or a potential client for an alternative property. When you take your eye off why you started and what your vision snd mission statement is. You may as well not bother .. whoever looks after Machynlleth area

Be warned of Colchester Branch

Please be warned about the Colchester branch. I signed the contract, but had a fourteen day cooling off period to exercise. I was ask to pay £360 upfront, no other agent asked for this. The branch compiled the property details using the previous details from when I purchased the property, so they were totally incorrect. No mention of all the £100,000 updating I had done. They then took photos which were unusable. Sunlight blocking the property, all family photos unobscured, mirror reflections, cupboard door handles sticking out at the side of shots. I could had done better myself with my iPhone. Withdrew from the contract after five days but they refuse to refund my money, so I have paid for horrific photos. Be warned!

Should be held accountable

I don't know why this company has so many glowing reviews? The website is misleading and contains properties in London that are no longer available, because they don't maintain their website. Even their Barnes agent said don't bother calling because it's all AI robots answering the phones. I found them unhelpful and deceptive and I wouldn't recommend the west London part of the company.

Excellent and professional service from the Diss office

Wonderful service from the Diss, Norfolk branch. The team are friendly, helpful and professional. Property details were beautifully produced and marketing was excellent. Within a week we had a sale agreed at the asking price with the sale proceeding smoothly to completion. We couldn't have asked for a smoother, more stress free experience so thanks to all.

What a breath of fresh air!

After consistently appalling service from Brighton Estate Agents over the last 20 years, the experience of selling with Fine & Country has been just amazing. Dominique and team have been highly professional, engaged and communicative, ensuring not only that our home sale progressed but that the process up and down the chain kept moving to plan (A,B and then C, obviously).

Chrissie Taylor

We just completed on our house with the cowes office Isle of Wight .. Chrissie Taylor was our agent . It was a very stressful move which took longer than expected due to lots of unforeseen Circumstances with our buyers but we got there in the end.. Chrissie was amazing making sure every step of the way we where informed. she was kind and calm when we clearly sounded like we where losing the plot. We have moved many times but have never been more impressed buy an agents commitment and dedication.. A huge thank you to all at fine and country Cowes especially Chrissie .. let the fun begin as we are now hoping to build a house ..

Very highly recommended

We recently purchased our property via Fine & Country, via the Harrow, Northwood & Pinner branch.

Linas at Fine & Country was absolutely brilliant to deal with in every aspect; personable, knowledgeable and a great mediator between ourselves and the seller. Highly recommended for a personalised offering, as Linas is very good at paying attention to the requirements & taste, of potential buyers and subsequently connect them with appropriate properties. Enquired about a property and no reply

Have enquired about a property and no reply.
I have messaged through Rightmove, no reply, called the office who even gave me the agents direct number..left a message..no reply...

Update: Now three days later since this review..still no reply

Update: Still no reply....I have sent an email to the one provided in your reply.... hopefully I might hear something...to be honest I'm losing interest...

Update: I have been told head office is looking into this.... still no reply to my original enquiry... regarding Peatling Parva property...just not good enough, I feel sorry for anyone selling with Fine & Country.

Fine & Country North Wales were…

Fine & Country North Wales were proactive in their approach from the outset. The team were extremely efficient, answering all emails and phone calls promptly and often out of hours. This demonstrated their commitment to achieving a sale.
They were friendly and genuinely empathetic to our requirements. We were particularly impressed by the breadth of their marketing strategy which demonstrated a level of imagination and skill which set them apart from other estate agents,

Outstanding service

Outstanding service

A very big thank you to Greg Perrins from the DERBY branch of Fine and country for providing exceptional professional service selling our property Highfield house in Heage.

From start to finish Greg was highly motivated and very conscious of the fact that we needed to find the right people for our family home.

We had fantastic feedback from Greg, which made the process easier to sever the emotional ties and proceed with the sale.

Greg has been supportive and personable throughout the process and has listened to all our requirements coupled with the Media team who were exceptional and the video and photos were brilliant which elevated the property to a different level.

Charlotte in the office who initially took my phone call was so enthusiastic made me feel immediately at home and I knew that we would have a good connection. Thanks to Darren who put our hardback brochure together which is a fantastic keepsake.

I would recommend Greg and his team without hesitation.

Friendly and approachable

Brilliant service

The service from the Diss branch was outstanding from
Valuation to marketing and exchange of contracts. Brochure was great. Staff are outstanding, so polite and knowledgeable.
The liaison lady assigned to us, Julie, went above and beyond to get the deal over the line and was truly superb.

Where do we start?!!

Where do we start?!!
Josh and Charlie at Fine and Country South Bucks are, put simply, the best in the business!
They have dealt with our sale and new purchase in a very proactive manner meaning that we have got to exchange of contracts today in less than 8 weeks- and moving in just over two! Not bad going in the current property climate.

The things that made them stand head and shoulders above other estate agents were the following attributes:
. Superb communications via message, calls and email
. Friendly but professional at all times
. Empathetic attitude when challenges arose
. Fantastic understanding of our needs, so much that they found our next ‘forever’ home 🤣🤣 and helped us secure it straight away!
. A genuine interest in all parties involved, including conveyancers, solicitors etc

Keep doing what you’re doing and there will be many more happy property movers coming through the doors of F & C South Bucks!!!

(Oh… and if that job comes up- you know where to find me!!)
