Bought my dream home through Fine and Country Jersey. Kate Ghazi went to great trouble to secure the house for me. The videos that Thompson's and Fine and Country do for the houses they are selling are very useful for remembering the details of the properties

Fine and Country were totally professional from the first day. We were so pleased we decided upon F&C and the only little hiccup was from the Estate Agents working for Executors down the line
Special thanks to Tania and also Julie

We recently marketed our home through Fine & Country and all I have to say is wow! Marie has been incredible, her experience and passion superseded any hiccups along the way. From the photography , to marketing, to showing the home through the sales process. She is the consummate professional in all her dealings along the chain. I would not hesitate to recommend her and the team behind the scenes. Thank you F&C 🙏🏻

There would be no hesitation for us to use them again in the future

Tania at the Diss office was fantastic, helped us through what turned out to be quite a difficult sale. She kept us in the loop throughout so we never felt things were getting away from us. Highly recommended! Thank you!!

Kathryn Anderson is amazing, she got through a complicated sale with ease. She really went the extra mile, communication was top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. Well done Kathryn!

I have had a horrible experience with this agent. Especially one lady called Claire Millington in Hull and north ferriby who seems to have some grudge against me. She is doing more damage to the vendors when I am offering the asking price and then she makes every possible effort to scuttle the deal.this has happened twice. Better avoid them though most of them are like that but I am sure some good will be still there.

We just wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation to Andries (High Peak office) who has provided us with exceptional service from start to finish. When we first viewed the property he was aware we had come up on a weekend and had travelled 4+ hours to attend and suggested he would be available for a second viewing on the Sunday should we wish to look again. We took him up on his offer and despite him not saying anything; I suspect that he was showing us the house in his own time to save us from a further 8hr round trip for a second viewing. Since we put an offer on the property he has been in regular contact, with updates and always availy to answer any queries we had. He has done more for us than our own estate agent. He has also offered to meet us at the property with the keys on the completion date; which saved us a lot of stress and time by not picking up the keys at the office. What a lovely gesture. He has been nothing but a pleasure to work. Thank you

Fine & Country Diss office have handled our sale through to exchange with great expertise and professionalism! Chris Scott valued our property and gave us the confidence that we needed to market our property. We had offers on it after only three days. Tanya Lennard negotiated the sale with her excellent supportive customer service skills and professional manner. The professional after sale service provided by Julie Vassar was excellent and we really appreciate all of her hardwork and support. Fine & Country Diss are a great team thank you for making our move happen.
Richard was a great help to us he gave us his honest opinion on why he thought our home hadn’t sold and he shared lots of great tips on how to make it more appealing to potential buyers. We now have put it back on the market and have had more viewings in the first month than in the whole time it was with the previous agent

We have just bought a house marketed by the Newcastle and Northumberland office. As we got towards the exchange of contracts there were a few issues and it seemed to be touch and go on whether the chain would break or not. Thanks to the hard work of Sarah and Sophie it all came good in the end. They both worked very hard on this and we are really grateful for all their efforts. They were really supportive and professional throughout the whole process.

I have just exchanged on my four bedroom apartment in Chswick. The Chiswick branch on Turnham Green Terrace managed the sale process. My place is post-industrial and not really family orientated so I needed an agency who could bring non-trditional buyers. Within a couple of weeks and with strong interest I had an offer at the asking price and less than three months later we are heading to completion. Many thanks Daniel, Alice and Sara from a happy customer.

Very bad experience from office staff in Staffordshire branch. Very condescending and rude, if you don’t have evidence that you can afford an mortgage still they will deny you to view a property 😡

Fine and Country offered an excellent service. Within a few days they had found two interested potential purchasers, and the end result was a quick sale on the basis of an offer well over the intial asking price.

Never use this company again!!
Over rated! Very expensive!!
Trusted the agent from droitwich branch as this was a divorce sale!
Requested photos not to be taken of one area of the property!
Yet he did take pictures against my request then sent them to my ex!!
Will be lodging a formal complaint against his conduct as these were used against me in court!
Totally unprofessional and disloyal to me.
Yet the bill for this sale made fine and country £25,000!!!

Julie Vassar after sales was fabulous, she answered my queries promptly and put me at ease during the buying process, nothing was too much trouble.
I would also like to thank Sue Croft Sales Manager of the Diss Office and team who were very helpful and efficient. They made the buying of my new home a pleasant experience. Thank you all.

F&C are a little more expensive than competitors however the extra cost is well worth it.
They are the only estate agent I have ever used that are proactive and always contactable. Quite often after agreeing the contract estate agents are less than helpful but F&C were available daily to ensure the sale moved along effectively.
The process from valuation to sale was efficient and clearly defined. The brochure was also much better quality than standard estate agents.
I would highly recommend them if you want a good service and excellent communication.

I rang up and spoke to James this morning, and he was probably the most pleasant Londoner I've ever encountered. He sorted my query and gave me all the information I required while treating me with such kindness. What a fantastic front man on the phones, paints a wonderful picture of Fine and Country. Thanks James!

We had a first class experience with Fine & Country. From the first visit of Christopher, to the viewings, mostly led by Tom, and the very tortuous process of progress chasing by Julie, everything was super professional.
The photography was great and showed the house and grounds very well.
However the reason for the unequivocal 5 Star rating, is that everyone we dealt with realised that we were not just selling a house, we were selling our home. This made all the difference to us.
Some people may wonder if it is worth paying the slightly higher commission that Fine & Country charge. Based on our experience, we would say 100% yes. The kindness, professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
