SCAM! Ordered bolts and got an email the next day, saying they were on "back order" and out of stock. Same as a number of reviews on here, it would seem. The phone number doesn't work, and emails are ignored.

SCAM!!!! AVOID!!!! DON’T LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THIS THIEF.
Items never in stock. No reply to emails. Answerphone message when trying to contact them. Lost my money. Lesson learned. Only writing this to try and help the next person thinking of throwing money away to this now obvious scam. Be careful out there. Not all businesses are legitimate.

Ordered back in 26/03/2024. Money taken but then advised order was on back order despite showing in stock at time of order. Sent several messages via multiple channels but not heard anything. Seems no one exists in customer service. Not even sure anyone looks after this anymore. Do not bother ordering unless you want to loose money for nothing.

Ordered parts 6/4/24 and advised on back order. Sent email to see if they could send any of the quantity required but got no reply, I eventually sent an email to cancel order as given no idea when parts would be available! Again no reply, I have now sent several emails from two email addresses and still no reply’s and no refunds. It is now 17/5/24!

Unfortunately I’ve had a similar experience to most of the bad reviews - ‘out of stock’ email day after ordering - no way of cancelling order - don’t respond to calls or emails - I would personally steer clear of any company that operates like this - wish I’d done my research prior to ordering.

Ordered items shown as in stock. Received email next day saying some items out of stock. Replied as instructed to find out which items, but no response. Tried calling two different numbers multiple times but no answer. Had to order from elsewhere so emailed to cancel order, no response. Ended up opening a case with PayPal to try and get my refund.

Ordered a product, which showed available. Received an email stating no stock available, and would send when available, not a problem, used the email address they said if not happy to wait and asked for a refund, as needed parts urgently.
Several days later received an email stating parts ready for dispatch, no longer required as job complete, emailed again as instructed, expecting a resolution, Several days later emailed stating product dispatched!!! What an absolute shambles of a company...never use them again!

Order a pack of M8 x 30mm grub screws. Was sent a pack of M6 x 30mm grub screws. Anyone can make a mistake, so I contacted them vie their website on a web form and via email. No reply. Then saw a chat option which leads you to a WhatsApp phone number. Messaged here. No reply. Will now try somewhere else to get what I want, and hopefully receive what I ordered.

Not only not responding to my contact, then responding here, and insulting the customer's intelligence, suggesting that the customer also had not measured the received item correctly! When I first reported this to Fine Fit, I included a picture of my measuring the diameter of the grub screw with a vernier caliper, NOT a tape measure. Well done for not even checking my message.

Please check back to see my raised concern about an incorrect order, before accusing the customer of not being able to identify that you had sent something incorrectly!

Ordered some items 17 October, received email 17 November to say they had been shipped. ( No explanation why it took a month to ship!)
Following my review I received a reply which is below with tracking details. The item has been delivered according to royal mail. I have no idea where it is! That is not the sellers fault and I apologise unreservedly for my initial review.
Having said that they didn't respond to my earlier email and phone call.

orderd M18 - 18mm Shakeproof External Washers they sent 22mm i have been trying to contact them by phone e mail messenger and facebook NO RESPONE do not use this company you will never be able to contact them, no wonder this firm has gone bust twice before

Ordered sadly they never delivered and no refund.

Placed an order, items to be delivered within 2 business days. By business day 9 my order still showed as being processed and despite sending a message through the supplier's website, making two phone calls and leaving a phone message I received no update or response. Have now received a refund through PayPal. Wish I had read supplier reviews before placing order. We all understand that sometimes orders don't go to plan but there is no customer service on offer here. Placed order with another suppler, item despatched within 24 hours.

Only sent half of my order, zero response to calls and emails. Definitely avoid.

Great if you dont require anything quick. Very slow at sending products

I placed my order before 8am so should have been posted same day according to their website. 1 week later and still days my order is processing!! I've had no response to my chasing email. We all get things wrong from time to time but a professional company would let you know whats going on, it's like they have disappeared off the face of the planet!
First and last order this company... Needed these items for a customers project that was due this weekend.. Terrible company with even worse customer service

I ordered two M5 machine screws, but received two M3 machine screws. I'm onto my 3rd email now (including a photo showing the incorrect size). It took a month to get a reply and a week after that they still haven't sent me a replacement. I suppose I'm not a big enough customer to worry about.

they're selling bolts and nuts? they took my money for nuts (+80 pounds)and run away with them,no nuts or money back for me
you're nuts if going to buy something from this site (by the way i have a big bolt and two nuts spare at home i wonder if i should send them a gift for saying thank you)

Bought a small number of bolts and screws and received them the next day. Great service, reasonable postage costs. Saved us money on having to order a whole pack of allen bolts when we only needed a couple for some old furniture.
