Absolute rubbish company !! Ordered over a month ago 6 bolts still not arrived, can’t get hold of anyone in the office they don’t reply to emails! Wish I checked reviews first,what a SOS!! How they have any genuine reviews is beyond me.

Exactly as needed to my trailer axle spings
Exactly what I needed to mount the axle springs on my trailer. Correct size, length, unthreaded shank length, I was able to drill out and fit... Simple and job done!!

You sent the wrong washers and ignored my complaint.
I ordered two sets of penny washers. The M4x14mm washers you sent were in fact M4x12mm and the outside diameter was important. I have sent an email complaining, which you have ignored. As a result, to continue my project, I have had to buy some elsewhere and I am £4.00 out of pocket. Hence I am not pleased.
