A car crash of a company, my order was over 3 weeks late , numerous emails and broken promises, avoid at all costs folks

Blatantly lie about delivery and product manufacture. Appalling customer service.
DO NOT I REPEAT NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered car mats for my Audi and despite providing my Reg number the wrong mats were sent. I am still trying to get a full refund, having no luck. Do not use this company! It’s impossible to communicate with them, they really don’t seem to understand the issue!

Absolutely shocking. Placed order, have waited over 10 working days as advised. Contacted company, said order would be out for delivery this week.
Checked tracking status and Evri are still waiting for the order.
It's now 15+ days since the order and still no car mats!
What is even more disappointing is that they were bought as a gift so the recipient is without their gift

This company is a SCAM Company PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I have found out the Hardway if you wish to chase them, You CANNOT RING THEM there is No telephone so emailing them is the only option
That’s a very big clue to AVOID this SCAM company.
I have requested a FULL REFUND on two occasions. I have not received it.
I take this as a total refusal to refund me.
They will make excuses about the mats being individually produced and this can take 8 days I am currently at 25 days
I have checked on the SHOP app to checked delivery allegedly my order was sent to EVI on 08/01/2026 that’s BULLSQUIRT
I have also contacted Action Fraud to report this SCAM Company & additionally the FCA to make them aware.
Do not use this company.

Service awful. Order late. Paid for premium and got value. Not even basic. Personalisation was wrong. Stay away!

Despicable company to deal with. Despite waiting over three weeks I never received my order and customer service was virtually non-existent, so had to raise a dispute/chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back which I did.

Please avoid dealing with this unscrupulous company who, I believe have no intention of ever supplying you with the goods you have order. Basically they just take your money and don't deliver. Also there is no customer contact number and they don't respond to emails.

I really wish I had read all the negative feedback about this scam of a company before placing an order. My mistake and lesson learnt but thankfully my credit card company stepped in and helped out and did a chargeback.

Ordered a set of mats for a c4 cactus deliverd on xmas eve.
Ordering online was simple and had to input registration to complete the order so I thought this would be an easy process........how wrong...
Currently sat at 22 emails with the customer service department. Mats do not fit, and highlighted this to them. They requested pictures,I sent pictures showing clearly that these must of been manufactured for a different car. They stated I could have a refund without sending them back as was not happy paying for return postage( I did ask for returns label/qr return) and losing money over something that they had manufactured wrongly. Thought that was that but they have since challenged this and sent a template picture of how the mats should look....the one they supplied and stuck to the mats they produced is clearly different. c4 cactus shows on all order paperwork. Is different on the delivery.......They have contradicted themselves and changed tact and frankly haven't been helpful at all. Mats themselves were of ok quality and that's all I could say about that. Found better ones elsewhere.
At this point still awaiting a conclusion and my bank in now involved as the customer service representative( laura) just won't back up her original "at fault" statement of giving me my refund.
Mistakes happen...I get that, but don't make the customer chase or be out of pocket for it please.

Haven’t even received my mats yet and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. They might be good quality, they might not. Either way the wait time is just ridiculous. I understand they’re made to order but come on, this is not business, this is staff working 2 days a week and sending at snail pace🧐😒

After them taking a whole month to deliver the carpets I have ordered they have sent me totally something else, not even an apology from them or to say that they will replace or honour the order as it was ordered from the start, after numerous emails with them, their conclusion was that if I'm not happy to return the carpets on my own expense and they will refund me... what else there is to say about them apart that it was a long and shocking experience considering they are only car carpets but they were for my pride and joy and they did a total mockery of it and worst of it, they didn't care one bit. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them, if I could I would take that star off as well as they deserve somewhere around -1000 stars which seems more then appropriate! They were even blaming their delivery company for not being able to keep up with the orders/deliveries but since I placed my order at the end of November frankly I do not care about these, they are not my problems one bit and if I would of been the seller, I would of tried and would rectified this mistake asap but they have done absolutely nothing !!!
I hope this review will be seen by thousands of people and take every word in I have said as they are completely true. I do not advise anyone to buy of these people since for the money I payed for these so called "luxury" carpets, you can get the same quality from a page in China and they will arrive sooner then these ones which supposedly are made in the UK.

Recieved my custom ordered relatively fast ( it was a couple of weeks before Christmas) only to find that they'd sent the wrong colour. I ordered pink trim but got all black. Messaged customer service and they were brilliant. Told me to install the ones I had until they could get the pink ones to me, which are great quality. Even without the plugs to keep them in place the backing keeps them where you put them. Maybe 7-10 days later (remember it's Christmas) my pink ones arrived. Amazing! Will definitely be buying from here again when we have to replace in our other cars.

Mats don't fit. Emailed company twice...no response??? No phone number available....cpmplete waste of time...do NOT buy from them!

Avoid! do not use this company it shows as “Finest Car Mats LTD” on my card this company was dissolved in December 2024
I only realised after mats were a no show and tried to contact them only way is via email which I did and was told the mats had been manufactured just not dispatched despite them providing an Evri tracking number on 18th December 2025 (they were ordered on 5th December 2025) it’s now 5th January 2026 and no response from them when emailing now so done research to find company has no address or phone number and on debit card shows as a limited company which shows as dissolved 2024
Would question if the positive reviews are genuine

Ordered on 16th December and knew they would prob come after Christmas… but the tracking number on Evri still shows waiting to be received from Finest Car mats
Have contacted FCM and they say they have been dispatched and somewhere with Evri at Scotland Warehouse…. Contacted Evri and they say still waiting for the delivery themselves??

Fabulous car mats designed and delivered by a company that understands the importance and benefits of good communication with its customers. The delivery company could have done better, but Laura at FinestCarMats was first class at managing the situation. Final product is exceptional quality and good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Excellent customer service with Laura. My first order was 'lost' by Evri and Laura sorted it all out for me. I received my second order promptly and was delighted. Would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely rubbish, dont even go there.. customer service is non existant .. the mats took so long to arrive that christmas was over and done with!!

I was unsure they were a real company after I had paid so emailed them saying this. I was emailed back quite quickly reassuring me everything was good and sure enough the mats were delivered for Christmas. The mats look real good and fit perfectly.
