Never used this company before but for 6 bottles of wine was such a excellent price so I ordered them, they where dispatched very quickly and the stand of packaging was so well thought of and excellent quality packaging. As the wife is Maltese she was brought up on kinnie so to find someone who sells it was amazing, I did previously get it from Amazon but they are now more expensive with postage so ordering direct saved money and i don't have to show I D to Amazon drivers as they think it's alcoholic great delivery service with parcel force will be ordering direct again

You had the item I wanted and delivered it quickly

I wanted Cisk (Maltese) lager for a gift for my dear cousin who fell in love with Malta when he was on holiday. Fine Wine Sellers stocked this lager in bottle form which was an absolute bonus as I’ve only been able to buy cans. As for customer service, it was second to none! My order was going to be 2 bottles short but I was contacted immediately about this and was offered another beverage of choice or I could wait as they were receiving the stock the next day but my delivery wouldn’t come for Xmas. I made this order late on the 21st so wasn’t expecting delivery for Xmas so I was happy to wait. My order arrived after Boxing Day which was earlier than expected. I was really impressed with how it was packaged - the bottles were well protected to avoid any damage. I was also pleasantly surprised that they added Cisk glasses in with the order along with Cisk beer mats at no extra cost! This was very thoughtful of the company and my cousin was over the moon to have the proper glass with his favourite lager - thank you!

First order with 10% off which was nice. Ordered late on a Friday turned up on the following Tuesday so won't complain at all. Overall a good experience.
