Very Good Software and Support
Very good software and very good support. With a few more features, the software could be great.

I use it to manage my home office network. Its helpful to get notifications when new devices attach to my network, and to monitor network performance
I use the fingbox
I use the fingbox, and fing's customer support team (inc. Karl and Michal), continue to give great support for it. Helping me understand how it works, the function of certain open ports etc..
Their responses are always speedy, professional and informative.
Thank you.
Fing support is the best I have…
Fing support is the best I have encountered in the industry. They respond to inquiries very quickly and work with you until the issue is resolved.
Immaculate, polite and as always with detailed knowledge
I've been using Fing since very shortly after the company announced their original Fingbox and I must admit I am always astounded at how reliant I am on their software (and hardware). We run a rental property in a different country and I find the Fing app and Fingbox invaluable in being able to support the inevitable 'the internet isn't working' questions.
The Fing servers went down briefly the other day (first time I've seen that) and it reminded me of how dependent I am on them for every device installation and network question. Their support was immaculate, polite and as always with detailed knowledge so triggered me to write this review.

Great support
Mr. Majek was very helpful and patient. He also responded quickly and clearly to my questions and responses. I believe the issue I had was inherent in my Mac Mini and not the Fing app, so his help and patience were greatly appreciated.
good App good
I was referred to FING by one of it's…
I was referred to FING by one of it's employees when I was looking for cost effective largely hands off monitoring of our home office networks as we work remotely a large portion of the time and can't afford to be caught unaware when internet connections go down or slow down, and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the things you can do in Fing. Device identification and scanning for vulnerabilities is always a pain to do in a home setting, particularly with all of the smart devices that you accumulate over time, so being able to ID, describe and name them so that I know if a specific device is having problems it saves time and frustration knowing what it is. It's the whole "Do I care if a dishwasher dropped offline at 4AM" vs the "Do I care that mesh access point for my office is offline before I have an important meeting?" thing. Fing does a pretty good job with that and allows you the option to say "Stop alerting me that the smart light that everyone uses the wall switch and turning it off" which also helps give me the info I actually need without a lot of distractions.
Support has been excellent
I have fiber optic for 5 months and had some trouble with my router with Fing installed. Support has been excellent though.
I was having trouble with Fing crashing…
I was having trouble with Fing crashing and not opening on my Windows 11 desktop. I sent Fing support an email explaining my situation and sure enough Fing support replied within 24 hours giving me instructions to follow that got me up and running in no time. Thanks Fing.

I definitely would recommend this for anyone who wants to keep track of their network.
A great product
A great product and service to monitor and control network access and git updates even when not at location
I used the program for about 2 months
I used the program for about 2 months, and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately due to financial issues I had to cancel my subscription. I sent an email and was helped by Karl Shannon, who was super quick, supportive and kind. Shout out to him!
Fing : Odd Duck Catcher's Unknown Secret
A friend uploaded it to my network when the router got hacked. She did some things and told me to check it periodically without revealing what to check for. I'm grateful Fing's intuitive navigation relieves the blindness I went in with, and it didn't require my ignorant input to catch Odd Ducks. I am levelling up my knowledge to consciously discover and utilize the full awesomeness that can be found in Fing.
Happy using the free version right now for home use.
Right now, I am using the free version and appreciate the way it monitors my network. Notifications are fast and accurate.
Fing is one of the best if not the best…
Fing is one of the best if not the best in Network administration. It even allows you if your main ISP is down. Tou can easily check for open ports in network + remote control any computer on your network.
It is very helpful in checking your wifi
Premium is worth it so far...
I've been a fan of Fing at the free tier for many years now. I recently took the plunge for a year of premium at their discounted end of year rate, and I'm having a lot of fun! It's well worth the money so far. Monitoring my home network via desktop, web app, and mobile is very easy. The user interfaces are intuitive as well. Note, I am an engineer, so that may make a difference in my user experience! :-D I even installed their agent on a Raspberry Pi as a headless 24/7 network monitor. That was very easy as well. I may return to this review and update it to 5 stars in a couple of months. We'll see... :-)
What a joke
Make a product that actually provides some useful information. Fing just alerts constantly but doesn't provide any useful info. It keeps asking to upgrade to access anything useful so I don't trust Fing at all. The speed tests are a joke. Fing reports download speeds about 1/100th of the speeds reported by Ookla. Somehow this is supposed to make me want to give you more money. I don't think so. I get a lot more use out of logging into my router. I'm sorry I signed up for a whole year.
