I was looking for an easy tool to look at my home network. This fits the bill. I've got a lot of stuff hung off it, and not a lot of cash. I found Fling pretty easy to use once I got on the right learning curve. I provides me the information I want to know about my net work, especially node that should be the way they are.

A very cool and helpful app. Plus, the customer service is at ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ level. Problem solved in a few simple emails. I highly recommend this service.

Very good user interface. Like the possibility to install the agent on a NAS for 24/7 monitoring. Which there was a possibility to monitor traffic.

In over 40 years in the IT profession, from programmer to Director, I have rarely encountered such an unresponsive and deflective support department. From insisting that I contact Google regarding data integrity issues between Fing and Google, through disregarding my requests for internal email contacts when it became clear I was getting nowhere, to editing the ticket thread and removing my responses—this experience has been deeply frustrating. If this level of service were under my oversight, it would warrant a thorough review. However, as that is not the case, this feedback will have to suffice. I have no expectation that your broader support issues will be addressed any more than my specific concern, so it's time to move on—without purchasing your product.

Update – After I gave up trying to get Fing to own the issue, the service offering I was trying to sign up to disappeared, only to reappear a few months later. I tried to sign up again and…. It worked perfectly. So, not an issue between me and Google. What a surprise.

Great tool for novices and more. I used this to ID my network before it became easier with routers. It was also very useful at detecting anything new on the network, which is nice if you're living in a crowded area or apartment where you never know if someone has messed with or wardriven your info. Now, I use it to double check my client IDs, name all my devices, etc and supplement the things my router does.

DECENT MANAGEMENT TOOL NEEDS TO BE A LITTLE MORE SPECIFIC IN IDENTIFIYING DEVICES WITH BETTER DETAILS

I had problems finding or creating the new API for Homeassist. Support responded very quickly to my questions and showed me the right way to proceed. Everything was resolved very quickly, competently, and well. That's how service should be!

I like the constant monitoring and alerts sent.

I've used the product for years to find resources on a network but now I've implemented monitors in my home to keep track of who and what devices are on my network. When I had questions, I reached out to support and they were quicker about getting back to me than any support I've talked to in recent years.
