Ran the LA marathon

Ran the LA marathon, bought the biggest package as it was my first race ever. And I never got my download link or video. I've been emailing customer service and NO one was replied. BUYER BEWARE, I have to call my bank now

I got 114 pictures from my recent…

I got 114 pictures from my recent Ironman 140.6, and they are all hi-res and high quality. I purchased the download package which was reasonably priced and allowed me to get ALL digital files instantly on my computer to use however I see fit. They were available to preview ~3 days after the event (Ironman California), which is pretty remarkable considering ~3,000 people participated in the race. I was then able to review them and determine if I wanted to purchase a package. Since they were great, I did, and received an email link that allowed me to download the zip file which I could then use to import the photos. Couldn't have been a simpler or better experience.

Paid, but services not rendered

I paid for the pictures, but got nothing in return. Will be contacting the race people about my experience, and perhaps reversing the charge with my bank. Buyer beware: they charge the money, and give you nothing in return.

Why do I have to upload a photo of…

Why do I have to upload a photo of myself when theorectically every photo of me include my BIB number?
Seems an odd procedure to me, inconvenient as well.
Consequently, I shall do no business with FinisherPix.

I placed an order but never received a download
PLEASE BE AWARE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT I HAVE HAD NOTHING IN RETURN
Ironman the race organiser need to help sort this problem

After reading all the negative reviews…

After reading all the negative reviews here I was worried about placing an order. I too reviewed images from my event, I found several that were not linked to my bib number. I emailed FinisherPix and got a response with 24 hours, I purchased the images, and they added the images I requested a few hours after my emailing them the list of photo ids. Images are good quality and support was very responsive and helpful.

I am very happy with the service.

I wish I had checked the reviews here before paying to download my photos. I've never gotten a link to download anything, and no response from the customer service.

Understaffed

I ordered some printed race photos 3 weeks ago but didn't receive anything. I emailed them, called them and left a voice mail, and messaged them via their Facebook page (updated daily) but did not receive a response anywhere. Today I contacted the race organization to let them know of the situation and shortly after Shotsee/FinisherPix was in touch with me and explained there was a delay with the fulfillment company but that the order would ship out today. Understaffing was cited for the customer support issues. Hopefully they get that sorted out, but if you have any issues, your best bet may be to contact the race organizer as they have direct contacts.

Ironman should do better

They were the sole photographer for my first Ironman 70.3 event. I was excited to get photos considering the effort that it takes to finish one of these races. The quality of their work was horrendous and the packages were very expensive. The photos I was given the option to buy did not reflect the efforts I put into the event and it is insulting. Very little help in the way of customer service. No discounts offered for the single mediocre photo that was usable. Ironman needs to pick a new photo company

Didn’t deliver photos / poor customer service

Purchased pictures and video of my Ironman race (Estonia).

Got in contact. They indicated that they didn’t have my race times, however I captured these upon purchase. They apologised. I requested a refund for poor service. Still outstanding a reply.

Appalling customer service - no refunds despite coronavirus cancelling events

Appalling customer service. Purchased FinisherPix package for IRONMAN races which have been canceled due to coronavirus. As an international participant, I am not able to return at later date for postponed dates. FinisherPix sent me a generic email quoting their no-refund policy and have not bothered to understand my situation. Will not purchase again.

As all airlines, hotels and travel experiences (whilst in financial distress) process full refunds on non-refundable items due to coronavirus - it is instead companies like FinisherPix that are the ones that truly deserve to go under. Really appalling management decision.

Confusing 15% price reduction offer

Confusing 15% price reduction offer - refusing to cancel purchase

Got a mail advertising 15% price reduction with a given coupon code.
Went there to see if the code would actually give me 15% off. Website did not
show any effect when entering the code. Ended up ordering in error and there was
no price reduction. Emailed support where I got no understanding and a message
that there was no refund for digital products. Turns out the 15% off was for printed photos only.

At least FinisherPix should fix the user interface so that the customer can immediately see if a coupon code
actually yields any price reduction.

Never using this company again.
