Lisa was super helpful very honest and probably saved me wasting money on an impractical idea. not over bearing just honest and helped me choose the ring that I wanted.

I was hesitant at first as it's a company from a foreign country but everything she said happened and worked without a hitch. very thankful for all support and effort put in to make my experience as smooth as it was.

It was such a privilege to work with Lisa in designing my ring. She is very knowledgeable and guided me through the process with sensible recommendations and advice. The end result was even better than the picture I gave her. The design was spot-on, the service was professional and excellent and she kept me in the loop all the time. I couldn't have asked for a better manufacturer.

Lisa was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and ensured I got the most beautiful ring. She kept me up to date with the progress and it was such a pleasure having her design my ring. Sooo happy!

I knew I wanted to design my own ring but keep the romance of a surprise proposal. Lisa and her team helped make that happen with the choice of a placeholder ring! Not only did the design of my real ring turn out to be incredibly beautiful, but Lisa was always so friendly and helpful in guiding us through the process of the design. You also get to keep the placeholder ring for free (which is awesome to use as a dupe ring when going travelling/to the gym, etc). Perfect experience all round! Could not recommend Lisa and the team more!

Lisa took the time to do numerous designs so we were 100% happy before we moved ahead with the manufacturing of the rings. She takes the time to understand what her clients want and also adds great suggestions to the designs.
