My Fiancè and I are getting married in June 2023 and contacted Lisa at Firefly after finding their details in a Facebook Ad.

I had a rough idea of what I wanted and sent her a bunch of different kinds of rings with a description of what I was looking for. Lisa told me she was going to do some designing and would send me what she was thinking.

With incredible efficiency Lisa had a CAD design for me of what I can only describe as my dream ring - as if she pulled the image straight from my mind.

Not only did Lisa design the most beautiful piece of jewelry, she was also incredibly understanding and made it her mission to work within my budget and see where we could adjust things to fit that budget even better.

Within a month of contacting Firefly I received a package with my beautiful wedding ring set, as well as a beautiful message.

Lisa and Firefly made this experience wonderful, quick and effortless, adding to the magic of our special day. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend Firefly!

Ordering an engagement ring is one of the most daunting, even borderline scary, things a man ever has to do. But with Firefly Jewellers it was one of the most pleasant and smooth experiences I have ever had. Their site is easy to navigate and a joy to browse. Not knowing exactly what you want can be quite overwhelming, but the ease of browsing their selection of custom made jewellery, chossing everything from cut and clarity to finish and style, was an effortless and relaxing activity.

One is nervous enough when they're planning on asking the woman they love to spend the rest of their life with them, it can only be worse to have to worry about whether they're going to get what they asked for, but seeing it first hand before purchasing.

But, this was not the case. Firefly was amazing and made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Lisa kept me updated as to the progress of my order. She is professional and friendly, and ensured I was always aware of how far along they were and when I could expect my order to be complete.

Right up until recieving the ring I was relaxed and comfortable, never once being left to wonder if and when I would hear from them.

When I received the special delivery, it was beautifully wrapped and packaged and there was even a custom note wishing us for the future and thanking us for choosing them.

With me being on the unique side of life, my fiance at the time reached out to Lisa to discuss a design with her. We wanted few changes to be made to the design and Lisa was very helpful and flexible with our requests. I ordered my wedding band very last minute (as I thought it might not compliment the uniqueness of my engagement ring) and Lisa assisted without any hesitation and also assured me that it will not clash with the look and feel. Afterwards I found out that Firefly had a big part in design ideas, diamond colour choice and metal selection which was spot on beautiful and perfectly suited to my personality.
