Right from the start it was an absolute pleasure working with the Firefly team and expecially Lisa. She truly cares about the product and the customer and it shows in the quality of work and service. The whole process was really great experience, Lisa and I Had many meetings regarding getting the ring just right, we had constant communication and updates, we also made changes mid process which gave us the ring we dreamt about and became reality, such personalised updates and communication , the final product surpassed our expections and I will definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to make a special moment an unforgettable one

It was such a lovely experience working with Lisa! She was knowledgeable, helpful and gave great advice from the beginning to the end. I first got my fiancées engagement ring designed by Lisa, she took my ideas and completely “hit them out the park” the CAD design she shared with me was breathtaking taking and the ring, even better! The entire process from initial brainstorming, to the quote, CAD and delivery was perfect!

So much so, that a year later Lisa helped complete the set by designing the wedding band, and the experience was the same.

Then when we got married, I was lucky enough to get the matching wedding band! Needless to say, I can't stop staring at my hand. Lisa was amazing in helping me realise the perfect ring for my fiancé. I sent her some ideas and she came back to me with some amazing CAD designs.
