Good morning,
I'm sorry that you did not receive your parcel on Friday, the day you were expecting it.
As discussed prior to this review being placed, our couriers attempted delivery but left a note that they had carded you, along with a photo of where they attempted delivery, plus a GPS location, which I had shared with you.
As a company we followed your instructions on dispatching the order on time, to the specified address, on the correct delivery service. We also looked into your delivery after it was flagged that you hadn't received the delivery. We then provided you with the appropriate means to reschedule the delivery.
Although I can understand that the delivery failing isn't ideal, we tried to rectify this situation as best as possible within our means.

I am sorry that your delivery has not yet turned up. We dispatched your order on time and on the right service. At the moment, due to seasonal pressures that the couriers are experiencing (with online Christmas shopping and also road conditions) more deliveries than usual are being delayed. Bad overnight courier service
This rating is nothing to do with the company but rather the courier. I paid £18 for overnight delivery and it arrived two days later. When i contacted apc they told me I had to get a refund from international passive fire even though it was apc’s fault . This seems unfair to international passive fire who dispatched on time.

We are trialling different couriers alongside APC to try to find the optimum service. It has been a tricky few years for couriers with the pandemic, followed by the cost of living crisis and high inflation on fuel. We greatly appreciate all feedback from our customers, to try to improve our service.
