Daniel, was extremely patient and helpful. I had an issue with my credit card provider who kept the payment on pending. As I was away on holiday Daniel kept my order and progress. He did advise he would contact me on my return, he did so and the order was processed and it was delivered on the date advised. We'll done Daniel, you are a credit to the company.

When we couldn't complete our order on line we received an email stating we would be contacted to resolve the problem. We placed our order over the phone and given a delivery time for the following week.

Confirmation order placed. No confirmation order has been dispatched. Called to ask progress promised call back why there was a delay but call never came. Still waiting to hear and that’s over a week. Very very poor.
