Absolutely delighted with the wood burner Ignite have fitted for us. From the initial consultation to the end result the service provided was outstanding. Darren advised us on where we could fit a wood burner in our kitchen extension - not where we had hoped we could but frankly a master stroke! - and at all times was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The installation was not a straightforward one (high sloping ceiling) but Darren and Kev did a superb job and we couldn’t be happier with the work they undertook for us. Highly recommended.

Another 5 star review! From our initial contact to choosing the stove, surround etc Darren was knowledgeable and full of advice and suggestions. There was a slight delay on the installation date but this was out of Ignite's control. Darren, Kevin and Chris completed the install in 1 day, they were methodical and precise, brilliant job and thanks again to you all. Anyone looking for a stove, don't hesitate to give Darren a call.

Darren and his team were ultimate professionals and obviously take a lot of pride in their work and finish. Our replacement stove turned out to be difficult due to installation of the old stove. Darren's can do, positive attitude overcame the issues and we are very pleased with the end result!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble, as a customer you feel in completely safe hands and are included in the whole process. The tutorial on how to operate the stove after installation is a great service addition.

Highly recommend this company. We have just had a stove installed and Darren and his fitters provided a first class product and customer service that was second to none.

Ignite installed our wood burning stove 4 years ago and it's been in constant use since then so needed new fire ropes and some general TLC. We called Darren to source the parts and get advice on fitting but he insisted on coming round himself the same day, sorting everything out and giving it a general makeover and respray leaving it looking and burning like new-no charge! 3 more of our family members have now had stoves from Ignite and all have been delighted with the results.

We have burned an open fire for 20+ years, because of the cost and work involved we decided to consider the alternatives.

Our choice was a wood burning stove provided and installed by Ignite+. Their advice, customer service, quality of work, support and after sales service were all excellent.

If you are thinking of getting a log burner look no further I don't often give 5 stars ✨ but in this instance they deserve it, I can not recommend ignite highly enough Darren for his knowledge and customer service and Mark and Andy for there workmanship. My log burner is absolutely fabulous I am so pleased I went with ignite.

Darren’s attention to detail is exemplary. Work was carried out as promised to the very highest of standards, much like other reviews state. The inevitable initial mess was kept to a minimum and I cannot recommend Darren enough. I don’t give positive reviews lightly, the last time was in the mid 90’s. Do yourselves a favour, get this man to do the job for you, you won’t regret it.

We have had an excellent experience with Ignite+ - Darren was very informative during both the house and showroom visit. The installation went smoothly and everything was left tidy afterwards.

We were lucky enough to get the wood burner installed the week before Christmas. It is now boxing day and we have used the wood burner for six days in a row. Everything is working exactly as expected.

Ignite+ demonstrated knowledge and understanding of what our requirements. The quotation was clear and the stoves offerred were the best on the market ref. online reviews. Install costs were equivalent to other local quotes.
The work was done carefully, looking after our home and furnishings. The work was done to a high standard. questions invited and answeres have proved to work well. We choce a Clearview 400. The stove installed 2 weeks ago is excellent in terms of wood usage and high heat output, compared to our existing merlin stove. Very satisfied and highly recommended

Excellent service right from the start.

At the point of quote, they were on time and didn't rush it - took the time to really understand what I needed/wanted out of a stove.

He then came back with two stove to choose from which was really helpful because having too many ca be totally overwhelming. We visited the showroom to check them out before making a final decision, and the showroom was also great - easy enough to get around and to picture it all.

On the day of install they were on time, efficient, clean, and respectful. My stove was installed in good time. It looks neat - they've done a great job.

They've been polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy throughout the whole process. I feel completely safe in the knowledge that they've done a proper job.

i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Ignite were perfect in every aspect. They imported the Scan stove we wanted from Denmark. Liased with our builder on the upstand required, then installed the stove, flue and chimney absolutely perfectly, on time and with no mess. Their advice and after sales service were also really helpful.
The stove looks brilliant, we couldn’t be more pleased - a really professional job. Their price also represented great overall value compared to other companies we had looked at.
