From start to finish the service we have received from Ignite has been fantastic.

Our experience with Ignite+ has been outstanding from start to finish. They are a very professional business. The quotation visit was honest, and what really sets Darren apart from others we got a quote from (and a large part of why we chose him in the end) was his eye for the aesthetics. He really understands what works in a room. There is no pushy sales or calls afterwards. And there is lots of guidance about stove brands and models. He will help you choose what’s right. And the end result in our house is truly spectacular. Add to that his aftercare and availability and from our experience you will not regret choosing Ignite+. We can highly recommend Ignite - first class service from recommending the right stove, surveying and then a very professional installation service. I had visited 4 other companies but these guys are heads and shoulders above the others I chatted to.

Great from initial contact to stove installation: people at Ignite+ & product (Charnwood 5) excellent.

We knew relatively little about stoves and found Ignite+ when they were recommended by a local sweep.
I left a message on their website and they came out to advise on the size of stove required for the room size and look at the work involved.
We then went to their showroom. Knowing we were on a budget they gave us a range of options, clearly explaining differences between the stoves so we could make an informed choice, rather than being pushed in a certain direction.
The fitters were also great. We were at work on the day of the fitting and they explained exactly what would be done and how long things would take so I could be home in time for them finishing. I was really pleased with the result - all done in around five hours (removing the old fireplace, expanding the opening and fitting / finishing the new stove). The room was exactly as I left it, just with a great looking new fireplace.
After a couple of days, they also came around to make sure we were happy with work and give advice on how best to use the new stove.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Ignite were fantastic from start to finish. Darren was completely professional and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process and we couldn’t be happier with our stove. We compared a lot of quotes and Ignite came out on top, but to be honest we would have been happy to pay a little more for the great service that we got.

We are over the moon with our new stove. From day one got a great feel for Ignite. The website is great, the staff are friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The quote came in much lower than others we'd had, especially as they don't try to stretch the job out. The guys arrived before 9am and were done by 4.30pm. Clean, tidy and limited making good for us to do. We've had a follow up visit to show us how to get the most out of our new stove and now I just sit and look at it, so so pleased with it. From the start of our contact with Ignite+, we have had a good experience, with great response, very understanding of our needs, and flexible when our views changed. The installation of two stoves, was done by Mark, excellently and he was always asking our input and opinion to make sure we were happy. A great customer experience and we are delighted with the stoves, and the overall package.

Darren and his team recently fitted a new stove at my home. Ignite were first class from quote through to completion of the work. Darren explained everything and all my questions were answered. The old fire place needed total removal there was no need to worry dust and dirt were kept to a minimum.Darren and his team just got on with it in an efficient manor. The stove was fitted with out any difficulties to an exacting standard.Very pleasing i would highly recommend.

From the start, Darren took us through all the options, and whilst he is clearly a good salesman, it never felt pushy, just informative with understandable pride in their workmanship. Lots of options, with lots of examples of previous work to compare.
Fitting on the day was really hassle free with very little mess and a quick, efficient service. We went from a gas fire place in the morning to a beautiful log burner by mid afternoon. Could not be happier!
