The delivery was on time
The delivery was on time, the driver was friendly, polite and helpful and the wood was dry, well packed and the logs split in mostly large pieces but also there were sufficient smaller cuts and this is perfect for how I burn wood in my stove.

The pizza logs are a revelation
The pizza logs are a revelation. We've a small wood burner and large 'chumps' cannot catch fire easily. These so called Pizza logs almost require no kindling to get them going. And once lit, they last. A fair estimate from counting a photograph was 1,564 pieces in the crate. This is 2 years worth, easily.

difficult to get delivery right
I find this company good what was annoying was trying to make the delivery on the same day, being reassured that it was going to be then the delivery being planned for the wrong day, changed and then waited in all day the next day for it not too come despite calls. Ended up coming the day after she know this is part firewood company and pay delivery company but it was all a bit disorganised despite my calls and getting reassurance. Actual wood is good x

Excellent, fast delivery from a lovely courteous driver. The bags make it easier for me to carry the logs inside and the logs themselves burn really well, light quickly and give out great heat. Will buy again!

Perfect sizes.

had an e-mail to say order had been despatched . nearly two weeks later no delivery. Looked on my account said out for delivery. 4 days later no delivery. Phoned to be told that delivery will be next day ... No delivery. Order finally arrived but pallet was broken. Driver very good and together, with help of neighbour we managed to unload. Firewood ok, burns well but delivery and service VV poor ... tracking number attached to order useless .. no way of activating even staff at th Firewood uk didnt know how it worked

On the morning of my delivery I rang…
On the morning of my delivery I rang your office and found out my delivery was cancelled. It was rearranged for two days later. That delivery was also cancelled on the day. I rearranged it for the following week but was later told that that delivery was also cancelled and I would have to have a refund and pay again for a new delivery. I finally received my logs on the fourth attempt, very late in the day, two weeks later. Bee and Cami in your office were very helpful and tried their best to help me, but it is not a good way to do business. I found the whole experience very stressful, particularly as the logs have to be moved a long distance along a towpath and each day I had people here waiting to move them. On the first two aborted deliveries I had to pay them for their time. I was not reimbursed for this, although this was offered at one point. All in all a very frustrating and stressful experience.

Terrible delivery
It’s not you, it’s the pallet people. Only one man came because they do only kerbside delivery. I imagine that many of their customers are domestic and can’t cope with a huge crate of wood dumped on the driveway. I’m now going to have to pay someone to deal with it. A hopeless system.
