First 4 Lettings have provided us with an amazing service from day one. They have been able to provide us with insightful knowledge as well as their invaluable experience in ensuring our property is let out to high quality tenants in a relatively short space of time.
In particular, Dechlan Connell has been able to guide us throughout the process as well as ensure our queries are answered in a timely manner. He has been a great addition to the team and look forward to continue working with Dechlan and the wider team for the next few years.

I reported a problem with my washing machine not working. The issue took a while to sort out. You do not appreciate how much you need a washing machine until it breaks down. Zoe and Dominka managed to sort this out for me. I know I have a working washing machine and a new fridge. Part of the wait was my fault and need to keep on top of my house keeping. My only issue was I didn't know why I was waiting so long. Sharon explained the issues to me and why it was taking so long to resolve. Communication was better after this. Thank you to Zoe, Dominka and Sharon and also the guy who fixed my washing machine.

I have been with First 4 Lettings as a Landlord from the outset and have always been very impressed with how responsive and customer focused they are whilst always offering real value for money (thank you Mayur).

My most recent experience has been extremely positive whilst working alongside Lewis who has been both efficient and effective with all his interactions with me. Lewis has taken care of all my issues with ease whilst keeping me informed at all stages making it a joy to work with him (thank you Lewis for all your kind support).

The overall experience was amazing! They were really accommodating with us and they made sure that we understood the process the whole way through. We really appreciate them for all their help, especially with Jake! Would definitely recommend

Zoe Reay was very quick and efficient with my request to fix my front door handle. She got someone to come and do it as soon as she could (the same day) She responded to me very quickly!

Excellent team, really down to earth. Always on the ball and I trust them to get good prices when anything does need doing. There is nothing I can honestly say in 5 plus years that I can think of that I have not liked. Wholeheartedly would recommend them

Zoe was great help with my issue. Very fast replies and she has sent a request to maintenance to get this sorted as soon as possible

Throughout our whole process of finding a house we dealt with one agent, Jack Miller, which made the process much smoother as he was up to speed on where we were in the process and was always on hand to answer any questions no matter how small. I couldn’t of asked for a better agent to have been handling our search and paperwork, I would recommend first4lettings to anyone for making a process that can be stressful fairly smooth, but the staff, in this case Jack, has been extremely helpful and I don’t think we could’ve found better if we tried!

The online issue portal is a really handy tool. Very easy to use and works to provide a quick, seamless resolution. Zoe was great!

They were really accommodating towards my situation, they were extremely helpful.I will not forget the patience Jack (one the call agents) had for me. My mind was kept as some what ease as when i explained my issues to them, i only got relevant solutions rather than just being brushed off. very happy with the service received.

I really enjoyed the experiance with this agency. Sharon was so professional, helpful and also kind. All the time she saved us in any situation with the flat. I hope that everyone has an agent like her and with her skills! She is brilliant!!!
