I had an issue with a overgrown tree xoming from the neighbours house and I left it with declan to sort out and he did a great job.

First4lettings rental agency is not recommended due to issues with repairs, lack of honesty. They display unethical behavior, such as using eviction for renovations and prioritizing profits over tenant well-being. The agency appears nice but fails in addressing problems like mold, chipping paint, peeling plaster, and rude responses to requests for repairs. Additionally, the lack of signature in emails adds to the opacity of communication, making it difficult to identify who is responding.

The whole of my letting experience was very well explained & communicated from beginning to the end. Every step I needed to complete was dealt with very efficiently. The whole process was quite stress free & the team were very helpful & friendly.

I've recently reported an issue with Squirrels and First 4 Letting jumped with lightening speed to send someone over the next day. I couldn't recommend them more highly, super responsive and friendly as well as being so on the ball with sorting out any issues!

Great communication, knowledgeable and always prompt at supporting both Tennant and landlords. Sharon in particular demonstrates care and consideration.

Speedy responses, super helpful, flat viewing was very professional and polite.

Generally my dealings with First4Lettings have been positive. I have to say that a particular member of staff, Zoe, has been especially helpful in my queries. She always replies quickly and her response is thorough and helpful. I knew that if I had a problem my first point of contact was her since I knew she would help resolve it with speed and efficiency, so a massive thank you to her.

My experience with First 4 Letting so far, after more than a year of tenancy, has been simply fabulous.

The management of the agency proved to be wise, open to discuss reasonable requests, flexible (I had the opportunity to discuss the terms of my tenancy agreement) and keen to find solutions to some minor problems I experienced during my tenancy (they even provided a balanced mediation with the landlord). The staff are professional, experienced, courteous and available to meet customer needs.

In addition, First 4 Lettings works with a network of talented tradespeople and skilled technicians who have always turned up promptly whenever a small fix has been needed. The service they provide is timely: I've never had to wait more than 24 hours - and often less than 12 - for a plumber or electrician to come to my door. I have also never been asked for or charged an extra penny for this type of service.

Finally, their customer service (and infrastructure) is highly technological and efficient. However, I have always been able to speak directly to a human being - not a bot! - whenever I needed to.

First 4 letting has been managing my property for years and I highly recomend them as an expert on their field. They are very professional and respond to any queries I have. Zoe has been really helpful and always responds quickly to any issues and doubts and thanks to that the realtionship with the tenants is really good. I would definitely recommend others to use them

First 4 Lettings have provided us with an amazing service from day one. They have been able to provide us with insightful knowledge as well as their invaluable experience in ensuring our property is let out to high quality tenants in a relatively short space of time.
In particular, Dechlan Connell has been able to guide us throughout the process as well as ensure our queries are answered in a timely manner. He has been a great addition to the team and look forward to continue working with Dechlan and the wider team for the next few years.

I reported a problem with my washing machine not working. The issue took a while to sort out. You do not appreciate how much you need a washing machine until it breaks down. Zoe and Dominka managed to sort this out for me. I know I have a working washing machine and a new fridge. Part of the wait was my fault and need to keep on top of my house keeping. My only issue was I didn't know why I was waiting so long. Sharon explained the issues to me and why it was taking so long to resolve. Communication was better after this. Thank you to Zoe, Dominka and Sharon and also the guy who fixed my washing machine.
