Jack Miller was the most helpful guy with my viewings and knowledge on the area.
I was having such a rubbish day with no correct help/support on my viewings i already had... He was a breath of fresh air. He really went out of his way to even help me with local area and also on my next viewing.
He made my life sooo much easier by being genuinely helpful.

They had an amazing customer service, They were very helpful and made sure that any issue or questions that we had were answered for.

Jack was great at helping us with our new tenancy. He organised a virtual tour and photos to be sent to us as we couldn’t easily visit the property and helped guide us through completion of the tenancy documents. Very professional and friendly.

Such a fabulous team and they are so professional in the work they do. In my case I moved to Leicester newly from India and the team made my relocation to my new home in Leicester effortless. They were happy to help me even before I arrived and arranged virtual viewing and they are on time to what they commit. Team was even able to move my rental start date a day earlier with in a short notice..!!

"First 4 Lettings" team is always happy to help and I did troubled them with lot of questions and they helped without a hesitation. Their on-time reply to emails and phone calls does need to be mentioned.

Jack Miller was perfect at helping find properties that suited are budget. He was always easy to talk to never felt awkward around him like student can feel around estate agents

Max was also amazing with his service. He was very accommodating when it came to paying and was always emailing with what was happening. He was very understanding of my situation with my choice to withdraw from the tenancy and made everything as easy and comfortable as it can be

Living overseas, I had full confidence that my property was taken care of. Even during the sale of the house, Sharon was a great liaison, making the transition a worry free process. First4Lettings have helped manage my rental property for around 6 years. The service has been excellent. The property has been let each year in that time, which is testament to their local presence and great service. Communication is always clear and timely. Only had a couple of minor issues with tenants which were well handled and quickly resolved.
