Delivery of product
We placed our order for this product almost 6months ago and continued to call every 8 weeks for an update on the progress due to our pads being out of date and having accreditation impending. I think this length of time was incredibly unacceptable considering it was for an AED machine. No communication from the company in relation to updating arrival status of product was sent either.
