Professional and caring
The clinician was very professional and caring in her handling of my appointment. She ran the hearing test and discussed the results with me before also fixing the settings on my hearing aids which were not set at the correct volume. The visit was well worth the effort.

Hearing aids
From my first appointment, staff guided me through what I was to experience and expectations. Having hearing aids has helped me to become more active in the community being able to interact and communicate with others. Having the confidence to hold a conversation and hear more clearly what others are saying. Staff were great in the process of my various appointments to fitting of hearing aids. Highly recommend being tested and accepting advice.
