Attended Emergency First Aid at Work 1 day course. Course instructor James was excellent

Prior to the in person sessions, you were required to complete the online course. This helps tremendously as you get to go at a speed you’re comfortable with and familiarise yourself with the information you’ll go over again with the practical understanding and benefit.

Our trainer over the two days was Jodie who was fantastic. Her experience clearly showed as she was able to go through the content in a very manageable and engaging manner. She also had plenty of anecdotes to share which made the learning experience that bit more interesting. I would highly recommend her as a trainer should anyone wish to take the course.

UPDATE:
My complaint was followed up and I got offered compensation, a voucher to attend another course and a full first aid kit. So I have updated my score from 1 to 3 because I was impressed with the way this was handled. I have also been informed that the trainer has had some extra coaching since.

A not good experience with false information being given. Incorrect facts and the instructor was quite rude.

I recently completed the 3-day First Aid at Work course with James, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. James delivered the training in a very engaging and professional way, keeping the group interested and involved throughout.
The balance between theory and practical exercises was perfect, we had plenty of hands-on practice with CPR, recovery position, bandaging, and real-life scenarios. James explained everything clearly, made sure everyone understood, and created a relaxed and supportive atmosphere where it was easy to ask questions.
I now feel much more confident in my ability to respond in an emergency situation, both at work and in everyday life. I’d highly recommend this course and especially James as an instructor knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about teaching first aid.

I did the Emergency First Aid at Work 1 day course. Excellent instructor, good venue in central London (walking distance from Farringdon station) and very interactive. Stay alert in the multiple choice test at the end, don't rush it!

Grant provided an informative and interactive course covering first aid at work. The knowledge of Grant shows through and the dedicated applied shines through his personality and delivery of the course. An overall enjoyable course and would recommend any employer seeking an excellent tutor, Grant should be your first choice.

Grant Pearce is a brilliant instructor thoroughly enjoyed the course and he was very explaining in detailed with such a lighter mood that we gained a lot of information and training was so brilliant and i am hoping to have him on my next course

Blended 3 Day First Aid Course

I completed 1 day at home and 1 days in person. Aside from the small problem with the course website whilst studying at home, everything was as expected. When I encountered the problem with the online coursework, I called and the team assisted promptly.

The in person section was very professionally handled by the trainer, who delivered the course with expert knowledge and a dash of humour, which was nice.

The venue was lovely and easy to get to by public transport.

Overall a very good experience!

James is an excellent teacher. Knowledgeable, skillfully. Experiential and participatory. Engaged us students throughout the course. Very practical and useful.

Venue. Room not suitable in a heatwave. The room next door would if been cooler as more windows could open. Some of the tables would need to be removed for demos.
