Overall the experience was good. I would contract buses from them again. The drivers were professional and friendly. The major issue I had was that I was told I couldn't have the contact information for the bus drivers, but that if I had an issue the day of the trip I could call the main office in Baltimore and then they could connect me to the driver. This wasn't an ideal situation, and one bus ended up running late and the driver called me to let me know. However, not having the number in advance meant that I couldn't provide the number of the bus driver to the people who were actually at the pick-up site, which led to a lot of confusion by the time I was able to get everyone the contact and get everything coordinated. It would have made things much easier if I could have provided the driver's phone number to our chaperones in advance in case there were any issues.

I can only speak for the the ride on the way back to the hotel. But the driver was extremely nice and accommodating. We had used this company for a football game and the driver overslept and our pick up time got pushed back 2 hours, so I was a bit nervous coming into this. But out driver was extremely nice, on time and it was all in all a great experience.

Mr. Kevin Chase did an excellent job of helping our school coordinate our trip to the Baltimore Zoo. He fit our school despite a hectic schedule of transporting other school students to and from school on the day of our trip. He should be given high praise for his excellent customer service.

First Charter Bus was great! I used them to find a bus service for my wedding in Frederick, Maryland. They were attentive via emails and very helpful on the phone. All my guests were happy there was a shuttle and it performed flawlessly! Thank you again!

We tried repeatedly to contact the company to confirm during the weeks leading up to and they day of our event. None of the numbers provided ever reached a person or even resulted in a call back. The complete lack of communication and customer service of any kind made an already complicated day much more stressful. One of the drivers who turned up was also incredibly unprofessional, harassing the guests by pretending to leave early and giving out the wrong information when asked.

Our driver was amazing! We appreciated her ability to navigate the many road closures to our wedding venue. We had many compliments from our guests!
