Shakeela and Shawn are just the best
Shakeela and Shawn are just the best. They are both so helpful and work so hard to get our buses scheduled under every circumstance. We made a late request due to game schedules and they both got the buses we needed.

Wedding Shuttle
As far as I know, everything went smoothly with my wedding shuttle! We had one bus make two runs before our wedding from our guest's hotel and then two more runs at the end of the night. The later runs also included a second hotel that the wedding party stayed at. The booking process was a breeze, and they helped me pick shuttle times to get everyone in and out of the venue when they needed to be.
I love that I didn't have to have a guest act as a shuttle coordinator on the wedding day and be on the bus most of the time (someone had to do that at my sister's wedding with a different company). They were so on time that my husband and I actually were not able to use the shuttle at the end of the night because we still had a few things to wrap up, but I didn't mind at all, it got all of the guests out on time!

I called First Charter Bus Rental and it has been such a wonderful experience to work with this company. I appreciate being able to press option 7 for CPS and speak with the same representatives (Sarah and Ashley) regarding my 3 grade level field trips I am planning. They are extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient and super helpful getting me through the entire process from quotes to confirmations to purchase orders.

The actual transportation service was flawless - Thank You!
Making first contact and getting a response felt like I was dealing with an inexperienced small mom&pap shop, no reaction to VMs, Emails, it is expected that the client is pro-actively making sure that the booking will happen. Customer Service is a foreign language during the preparation part.
