TONYA IS A GREAT, PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN AND CARING DRIVER! WE ROLLED UP TO MY DAUGHTER'S BED IN THE BUS AND EVERYONE INCLUDING THE PRINCIPAL, WAS OVER EXCITED!. I WOULD DEFINITELY CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE ALL OVER AGAIN. SHE ENGAGED WITH US, BLEW THE HORN FOR DAUGHTER AS SHE CROSSED THE STAGE AND WE TRULY ENJOYED HER.

We used First Student to take our Girl Scout Troop on a field trip. It was my first time reserving a bus. The "quote - reserve - confirmation" process was a bit confusing but now that I have done it once I know what to expect. The price was reasonable. The driver was on time (early actually), friendly, and a good driver. The bus, was...a bus, it is what it is.

Only complaint was, I called the "day of trip" phone number an hour before our scheduled pick up time because I wanted to make sure everything was on time and as expected, confirm pickup location, etc... (remember, first time renting a school bus) but no one picked up at either on either of the phone numbers listed. It would have been nice to have had the reassurance that I was seeking.

If I need a bus in the future, I will be using them!

We are grateful for First Charter's professionalism, prompt communication, and timeliness. They are incredibly reliable, and we know if we have any issues, they are just a phone call away. Receiving students to our after school program from another school often takes a lot of logistical planning. First Charter makes it very easy, and I have no complaints. I've enjoyed working with their team and our students love the bus driver and aid.

I was put in a situation because the other clerk that orders buses was out sick. Nicole was so patient and worked very diligently with me.

The best bus experience I have ever had. She was on time, early actually, which is the best thing ever! The bus was clean and festive for the holidays. The bus was nice and toasty for the Chiiling Chicago Day we had. She was nice and respectful! No problems!

The process for obtaining a bus via Purchase Order was somewhat cumbersome even after proof was submitted that the PO had been generated.

The bus was reserved for 6:15 p,m. and the driver was at the starting location early, which helped with the passengers getting on board.
The return trip was good. The bus was waiting outside the location and the driver waited until we had everyone on board.
I would recommend this service to anyone who asked for a bus service.

My only concern is that the drivers expressed to me that they had never conducted a bus evacuation drill. I went over what we were expecting, and they did exactly did what I told them.

I just think dispatch should make sure all drivers know how to conduct bus drills.
