Communication was great! The bus picked us up and dropped us off in a timely manner and the driver was so helpful!

The communication is lacking. We order a number of busses and very rarely recieve them on time. We have had busses simply not get scheduled. Lateness is typically around 40 minutes from scheduled meet time, but has been as late as almost 2 hours. We have to call every day to confirm the busses we have already received email confirmation for.

Our driver, Sofinia (sp?) is an excellent driver. He got us where we needed to be on time every time. He was kind, courteous and pleasant. He would ask our plans so he would know how to plan. I recommend him highly.

Had an amazing experience with our bus driver and the bus. I’m very pleased. Mr. Benjamin was kind and my kids loved him.

All drivers were the sweetest to the children and fantastic to deal with. Alicia in reservations has been amazing to work with. The day went rather smooth, and we appreciate that!

Rita is an angel sent by God! She was the most fabulous bus driver ever!

Your buses showed up 31/2 hrs late which caused a lot of our members walking the streets in that area at 3:30am till 6:30am or so. This causes a lot of the to miss most of the service as well as some whom missed their baptism. I found it to be very unprofessional as we as unacceptable. I would expect some form of compensation for the huge inconvenience that this caused us. When I called and asked where were the buses. I was told that the service wasn't supposed to start at 3:30 pm. I stated that it was 3;30 am and I confirmed it as well as it was on the conformation letter.
I would say work on the communication aspects. The dispatcher told me that the buses would be there by 6am or 6:30 am.
I would like for the manager to give me a call Monday.

Driver was very polite and professional. Arrived on time and made sure we went over the drop off and return location and time. I haven't had customer service like this in a very long time, we WILL be using First Charter Bus Rental again. Highly Recommended!

The bus driver was extremely polite. He was early picking us up from the school and got us to our destination in plenty of time to enjoy a little sightseeing before our event started. He gave us his phone number in case we needed it and was at the designated spot to pick us up on time. The bus was clean and comfortable. We will definitely use First Charter Bus Co. for our next event.
