Our driver was very professional, nice and gave us information about the zoo to help us during drop off and pick up. I wish I would have gotten her name but I was highly impressed.

Just because both buses came late and one of that came before the other one and we left in just one of that. Because we was later for our retreat mass.

We booked for our wedding. Very unreliable people had to uber instead of thr hotel shuttle. We asked driver to wait outside of venue at 5pm to take wedding party to beach 5 blocks away for photos after the ceremony (written into contract). She was nowhere to be found. Called her 5x before she told us she ran to get food and was running behind. Took her 15 minutes to arrive. We then told her to come back at 545pm to take us back to the venue (also written into contract for schedule) At 545 pm she was not there and had to call her again and she said she had no idea she was supposed to be back and complained that she would have to turn around as she wasn't close by stating "are you really going to make me turn around to come get you all?" When we stated yes she just sighed and hung up. At the end of the night there were people on shuttle but she was inside eating dessert and dancing and guests had to come find her to take them back to hotel. We don't care if you enjoy our wedding while there are no guests but your job comes first. She also wore all white. She then repeatedly called me, the bride, stating that she wasn't supposed to be making all these stops and that the $600 was only for one way from.the hotel to the venue. We showed her the itinerary and all the stops and she said well.someone owes me more money $600 is for just one short drive and that we needed to pay her in cash before the end of the night. We stated we would take it up with the office as our current balance is $0 and included multiple stops. The office has been helpful and professional in getting this addressed which is appreciative but based on this experience and this driver I would not recommend.

The bus service we received for both trips were outstanding. Thank you are getting us there and back safely.

There was a slight hiccup on our side, but the charter bus folks took care of us immediately.

Excellent - we used this for a shuttle after our wedding and had the bus stop at a few places. Great feedback on having a shuttle, fun driver, and was a great price!
