Excellent, on-time service. Driver drove safely. Bus was clean.

The bus drivers and overall ride experience was completely fine, no issues there. What was concerning, however, was the poor communication. We got dropped off at a less than ideal location for an event we were going to (my fault, not the bus driver's), so I wanted to contact the company to make a clarification on our pick-up spot for when the event ended later that week. Every single time I called (at least 3 or 4 times), nobody answered, and I never got called back after leaving voicemails/saving my spot in "line". Finally, I got through to someone the day of our pick-up using the day-of number, but our week could have been far less stressful if we had gotten that taken care of the first time I called early on in the week.

Our experience was amazing. They were on time and the ride so enjoyable. The driver, Al, made the experience 5 star though. He’s willingness to be so kind to a busload of students really speaks highly of the person this company employs. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We have always had a great experience with First Charter. We have used them for several years now for a camp we have at our church and they are always professional, courteous and on time. We can't recommend them enough!

The bus drivers were not given the bus schedule from First Charter that First Charter had approved so the drivers didn’t know where they were supposed to go and were asking passengers how to get to the reception.

I used First Charter as a shuttle bus for wedding guests from the hotel block to the reception venue. They were great to work with! Followed the schedule exactly and it was so great knowing our guests had a safe way to get back to their hotel at the end of the night. Would highly recommend!!

Probably would not recommend. We were late to every stop, the bus broke down and we had to wait for another bus to get us to our next location, which made us an hour late for reservations. Will not use this company again.

Our bus driver was amazing! She came early to assess our set up, which is a very tight parking lot. We have children ages three to six, so she very kindly pulled up to our school making sure the kiddos could board right from the curb.

Our experience with 1st charter was excellent from start to finish. The folks working the reservations we extremely helpful, courteous and patient as I placed numerous calls asking different questions each time. Our driver Monica was on time and very polite and enjoyable to speak with. We are from Florida, in town for a volleyball tournament, and did not expect to have to play at a venue 30 minutes away from our hotel and the event's main venue. 1st charter came to our rescue and we are very thankful for your organization.

April was our bus driver. She was here early. She was a great driver and took us exactly where we wanted to go.
