Very easy to book. The driver came right on time, was professional and courteous, and we will continue to book again.

The bus did not show up until 10 minutes AFTER it was supposed to leave, which meant its arrival was over 30 min late with no notice. Was not a fun thing to try and deal with less than an hour before the start of your wedding.
After a wedding ending at 10pm on a Saturday, the driver brought their child (we were not informed about this by first charter at any point that this was a possibility). They driver then yelled at the patrons to stop using specific language and terms because of said child. We specifically said on the phone that we were using this so our wedding guests could drink as we offered an open bar, so I think it is the fault of the bus driver for putting his child in that situation, not our patrons.

Our driver Nancy was absolutely fantastic. She was on time, incredibly helpful, and very accommodating. She called me before the event with a summary of the timeline of the entire day and we are incredibly appreciative of her excellent communication. She was so much fun and my guests enjoyed her positive attitude and great sense of humor to/from the venue. Next time we request transportation services, we will definitely be asking for Nancy!

Bus was on time, driver was pleasant and patient as we loaded up. Driver also offered bags for anyone who may need to throw up, which was a good thought (although ultimately not necessary).

We used First Charter Bus Rental for our wedding and everything went so smoothly! We had two buses and four different stops over the course of the day - all of our guests got where they needed to be on time and safely, and all with smiles on their faces! I also had to make some last minute changes to our schedule that were able to be accommodated no problem! Would 10 out of 10 recommend to use for your event.
