Order cancelled twice although payment made in full
Twice I have ordered parts. On the first occasion my order was cancelled without explanation. Although I enquired I was ignored. On the second occasion at least I was offered an explanation that the part was out of stock. It is incomprehensible how your website could offer a product for sale, accept payment, send notification that order would soon be shipped then a day later inform that the item was not in stock. I am disappointed and disturbed.

100% positive experience. First Truck Parts had the best price for an OEM part and I mean substantially cheaper than anyone else. I was consistently updated on the status of my order. It was shipped promptly and delivered ahead of schedule. I hope not to need their services again, but if I do there will be no hesitation to contact them first. Thanks to the crew at FTP.
