I’ve worked with the Firstwire team for 2+ years and they are always responsive and they excel at delivering a responsive high converting website. I’m looking to expand the scope of work in 2026!

This is my second I've built working with First Wire. The first website they help me develop a ring builder app that was great. As time went on they helped up grade and fix bug that came up in the theme.
My second go around recently resulted in an excellent product! They were extremely patient with me as I pivoted a few times trying to get a site that felt current and compelling.
I am super happy with the end result! We launched it a few days ago and it looks gorgeous.

FirstWireApp did a great job bringing my website to life. There were some delays due to my own operations, but their team was very patient, and eager to get working when I had time available. They are very responsive, quick to make changes, and have a sound understanding of Shopify SAAS. A couple items I wish were more proactively completed, but they did anything I asked and were very positive throughout all our communications. I would recommend them, and plan on using them again. Ajay and Varun were brilliant in helping me with our D2C store after initially working on my B2B one.

Ajay is detail oriented and rigorous at testing to ensure that the UI/UX is perfect. There is a lot of responsiveness via WhatsApp and they are always keen to find solutions to problems if they arise.

They have also done things like share loom videos with my team to make it easy for them to understand
